Went in the men's bathroom and it was flooded. Instead cleaning up the mess they put a wet floor sign. Other then that it's like most tim Hortons all employees focused on the drive through. Once order food and drink was made up Promptly.
Friendly staff , food and coffees were made suoer fast, in and out! Perfect for break at work didn't have to waste my entire break waiting in a line!!! 5 stars! Keep em movin!!
Friendliest staff I have encountered ANYWHERE in the last year. Went through the drive-thru, we had questions about the new winter drinks and snacks. Woman on headset taking the order was kind, patient and knowledgeable (I think she had brown hair, slender and glasses- we saw someone with a headset taking orders when we pulled up to the window and I think she waved when we got to the window. But could have been changing/ removing gloves. May or may not be the person who took...
