We have been customers since Auray first opened. During the pandemic, the Mayor of Larchmont (N.Y.) asked local residents to support local businesses. We have been doing that. We love "La Parisienne" and "Tequila Sunrise" among other local businesses and have been buying from them almost everyday for the past 3-4 months. Auray decided to close during the worst times of the pandemic. After they re-opened we went there once for lunch. Today we went again. However, they kicked us out because I was inside ordering while my husband got a table. There were plenty of tables available. My husband was sitting at the table already because he had had an injury last week and the doctor recommended that he should be sitting or resting as much as possible. Auray seems to have now a very strict policy: if you had not ordered inside before, you can not seat. However, I was being already attended by the owner/manager while the waiter was outside asking my husband to leave the table, despite his explanation. We were sorry to see how Auray was efficient in learning during these past months how to loose a 5-year customer in 5 seconds. No need to say that if they do not value their customers, we will not remain customers anymore.

Great for breakfast and lunch. Always consistent and good -- with high end ingredients. Great variety of options and has a warm small town feel. And their coffee is one of the best in town. They also have unique cheeses and delicatessens which are hard to find in even high end supermarkets.

The best Soup in Larchmont! Lentil soup with no ham yet still flavorful a winner and a personal favorite! Not to mention vegan califlower soup, split pea soup, black bean soup, ginger carrot and so much more ! Fresh chicken salad with fresh grapes, tomatoes on a baguette of your choice. Dont stop at my obsession with soups try everything on the menu as there's always a packed house with smiling faces! Cheeses, toppings, omlets, crepes, soups, salads sandwiches and much more.

Just checked back in with the wonderful Auray Who could make a kid's grilled cheese into a Symphony on a baguette! Bravo !!'
I love this place for all kinds of reasons, not limited to their amazing cheese selection, savory and sweet pastries, their coffee, their indoor and outdoor seating options... yum

I would like to give them a raving review because the food is fresh, but the service is substandard. Forget etiquette, the women behind the counter is outright rude. She has an air of superiority about her as if she can't be bothered, and although the food is fresh, I would say it's overpriced.

Cute spot- food was really good and they had a couple of hard to get French cookies at the counter. My husband had an omelet and said it was great. I had a sugar crepe and it was delicious. Place was kid friendly, and had some nice outside seating for those nice warm sunny days.

The name says it all. Gourmet all the way. Kinda expensive!
