This bagel store is next to the Metro north larchmont station which is a plus for sure. They also have a sandwich I think it is named the metro north. I got there before a rush of people came in. Line does move fast but it is a bit confusing as there is a sign that says order here but really you go to the front to order. Staff were ok. There really is nothing like a NYC bagel though. I got a sesame bagel with scallion cream cheese. It was ok but I have had better bagels. They have some tables and chairs inside and out too. As I said before it is conveniently located where they get alot of foot traffic due to the train station being right there.

My husband and i went to the location in mamaroneck and what we got was gross. he ordered a bacon egg and cheese and they put peppers and onions on it. i had to bring it back. then what i got was completely undercooked. all i got was a lightly toasted bagel with cream cheese and it wasn’t even warm. here’s a photo of the undercooked food. especially for over twelve dollars. overpriced and the food isn’t good.

I always love this place but when I got there this time this young gentleman had a really strange attitude I asked him to make sure he was making me decaf and he mumbled under his breath yes without even looking my wayThen I made an order and he wrote nothing down not even sure he was listening but he forgot half of the things I asked for he basically just put whatever he wanted on it . This is a nice bagel place. The servers are fast and efficient and the place is clean for take out only. My only complaint is that they don't carry any ham. I can speculate it may be religious observance. However they feature bacon so I'm a bit confused. Otherwise a decent deli that has reopened after a fire.

I used to love this place. Part of me still does however I am shocked by this email from the management team.I ordered online for pickup (like I've done many times) and received confirmation of pickup for 9:03.I got there at 9:10 and saw a few other online orders for pick up at the side. I waited until about 9:20 and asked about my order. It seems they missed it off the computer. The guys were in a blitz so I understood.But then it took another 20 mins for them to complete my order - if I had missed someone's order I would have does whatever it took to get it out ASAP. It was so busy, and my family was now very late, so it was not the time to ask for any discount or refund. I contacted chow now (the platform I ordered through) for a refund and Bagels by Sofia issued a very small % back. I wrote to Bagels by Sofia and got this response back. Wow. The bagels are ok but not good enough to go back for with a response like this. Could I have left? Sure. (And we would have had to go elsewhere for food as this was breakfast for the kids)But I'm sure if I had I would have had no breakfast and would have been charged the full amount.Also, I've never seen a Starbucks order late by 40 mins... anyone?

The place is always busy and they have good food but this is the second time where I saw the worker use the same glove to prepare the food and take payment from customer. He then used the same glove after touching the screen and taking payment to prepare someone else's food.
