I get the same mobile order of coffee from this place frequently but every time the coffee tastes different. I just hit reorder, I don’t alter my order at all. Every time there’s a different amount of sugar and milk in the cup, like, a significant difference. No matter what amount you select in app, as I’ve since tested, you’re just going to get as much as the person making it decides that days. Mobile orders also take forever even when no customers are in the store, I’ve waited almost 10 minutes before for my order to be ready with only 2 other customers waiting, only for them to eventually tell me they didn’t have one of my items in stock, which was the entire reason I was told to wait when I first showed up. I’ve stood at the mobile order kiosk waiting for a drink for multiple minutes while three workers behind the register talked amongst each other and never even look over to see someone is waiting for a drink no one has started making. The only proper workers in the entire place are one of the managers and this very nice lady who makes the sandwiches in the morning

Ordered for a sales meeting this am. 1st they forgot the box of coffee, then they put milk & sugar in what was ordered as a black, no sweetener ICED tea!! And the reorder was the same!! The phone was busy so we had no recourse. What is going on ?? It’s not rocket science!!

Mon through Friday, the service in the morning is fantastic. In the late afternoon and weekends, the service is horrendous. There is one guy that has been there forever that never gets the order correct and never makes the drinks correct. Usually when I see him I turn around and leave. Today I decided to give it another chance. It was absolutely horrible. I watch him make my daughters latte. He filled a cup with whole milk, a squirt of flavoring and passed it off as a latte. He needs a different job. It's amazing when the women are working.

Place was active but not at all crowded.

Store did not even let us in we were getting of our car and an employee looked at us and locked the store we had to travel with no coffee or donuts: It was 9:40 pm the sign said it closes at 10 pm. I do not recommend or do not come around 9 pm.
