Beautiful location. Ample parking in their free lot. Store is small but beautiful. Spotlessly clean and well lighted. Three hard working employees; not a cell phone in use amongst them. My app order was ready inside 30 seconds. Tables and chairs in abundance, with a really nice view out the windows. Coffee was hot and fresh, doughnuts fresh and delicious. Store did not even let us in we were getting of our car and an employee looked at us and locked the store we had to travel with no coffee or donuts: It was 9:40 pm the sign said it closes at 10 pm. I do not recommend or do not come around 9 pm.

It’s the slowest location out of all of them in the surrounding areas. When you actually go into the store they’re flooded with online orders and will pay more attention and take care of the online orders before they even look at you. I went there the other day and stood on a line of about five people for a good 20 minutes or so while they got an abundance of online orders printing through their machine. People started walking out because they refused to acknowledge anyone standing on the line before they finished those tickets that came in after some of us were already waiting in line for quite a few minutes. I stood and waited in line that time but I’ll never wait there again. It was rude and inconsiderate. Darn good coffee though.

Clean, nice staff, and amazing coffee!I have been going to this location since I was in MHS :)Drink is made instantly and handed directly to me. The staff are super nice too. The location is also perfect for the HMX faculty to get their coffee, breakfast, and lunch!

I visited this Dunkin donuts location yesterday on tues. All was going well until closing time. The worker said I could have 5 more minutes. He then tried to enforce the 20 minute stay which no other employee enforces, including the manager. He complained how I come in every day. No sane person complains about paying customers. However, this is not true, I work, run errands etc during the day and go else where at night due to issues with Alex, another night worker. The worker complained that I was there for 2 hours, it was one since I was at trader Joe's and I left at closing time, 9:00 pm. He then had the nerve to say he was going to complain about me to his manager, lol lmfao, complain about what? I'm not even affiliated with DD, what can they do? As I picked up my bag to leave, he kept asking me to leave, I finally had to scream at him to shut up and said I'd report him, he was laughing as I walked out and I told him to go f$#@ himself. Alex is a problem too, he works at night sometimes, but this other guy was far worse. Please just avoid this location altogether. I reported this to corporate, along with this review and yelp. The guest support line is 1 800 859 5339 ext 3 for supervisor. We don't need to take this.
I LOVE this DD! Food is always fresh and delicious. It's super clean! Open 24 hours. It's always nice to speak Tamil here as many Desi people work here. Nithya, Fatima and Shiran are so sweet and hard working!

Paying almost $6 for 3 donuts and getting them all in one bag mixed up to each other is not good customer service. I would not even pack donuts like this even if I give them free... The only good thing about this place is the location...

pretty bad service, the workers r pretty rude as well. Also I wouldn’t recommend mobile ordering later in the day because they run out of stuff, it will let u place the order but usually when I arrive they tell me that they don’t have what I ordered.
