From The Other Curmudgeon blog: There wasn't anything particulary Texan about the nachos, but I guess the name suggests southwestern cuisine to people here. In the present case, I'll accept it on behalf of my home state as a great compliment, as the nachos I got were very good, and there were a lot of them. (I'm eating the leftovers now.) The menu mentioned chili as an ingredient, so I was expecting, worst-case scenario, Doritos with canned chili with beans on them....

The food is a big pricey but honestly it makes up for it by just how GOOD the food is. They are definitely doing something right here because not one time have I ate anything at Nautilus that was even slightly disappointing, and I have had quite a few things here. They cook everything to perfection! The only qualms I have is their milkshakes are on the thin side but I'm sure they could make it thicker if you asked, and sometimes they forget to put silverware in with my takeout,...
