Torcello Ristorante Italiano

Lovely restaurant son and father owner greeted us wonderfully thought we were dining in Italy .. everything was delicious . Outstanding and knowledable about peanut and gluten allergens very professional food seasoned perfectly and seafood very fresh and delicious . Veal martini and lamb chops were very good . Ravioli made fresh in house !

Tocello has not changed inside in probably 30 years (La Riserva days) and is still comfortable and attractive. Service and ambiance were great. The menu options looked good, but we were disappointed with the food, the cooking did not match the pricing levels.

Our multi generational family gathered for an early dinner to reconnect with out-of-town cousins whose son is attending a college nearby. We were warmly greeted by our gracious host and his son. The dinner was a great success. Food choices were abundant and satisfying to our group, whose ages ranged from 5 years old to 82 years. Service was prompt but not rushed. Torcello is carrying on the the fine traditions of its predecessor,La Villetta,as the go to spot for wonderful Italian dining in Larchmont and we wish them continued success.

Lovely restaurant. Nice friendly cozy vibe. Good service. Good menu. Salads were very good. Would've earned higher rating but the sauces on the chicken Pizzaola and red snapper Marechiara were rather bland. The red snapper marechiara had no kick to it and while it tasted healthy and was not too greasy, it did not have a fish flavor, even though there were clams and mussels on the plate. The pizzaola was a rather simple dish, but the sauce was watery and not very robustly flavored in any way whatsoever. Quite surprising; we wanted to rate this restaurant better, but just cannot. It's was okay; maybe an off night. This was our first visit.

Very poor old fashioned; whoever made my drink was not a bartender. I did not finish it Scallops appetizer had three scallops, but the one in the middle was cut in half. Pretty expensive for 2 and a half scallops. Staff was pushy and rushing me as soon as I walked in the door even though I was 15 minutes early for my reservation. I left after the appetizer and drink. As soon as I asked for the check, the manager told the staff to leave me alone. "No mas. No mas." when the busboy tried to refill my empty water cup as I was writing down my tip. I probably should've lowered my tip amount at that point, but I didn't want to screw the staff even though they were a bit pushy.

We went here for a birthday dinner. The ambience is wonderful. Noise level is low and it was easy to talk. The food was delicious and the service was great. They even made a big deal about the person whose birthday it was. Would definitely go back. This is a true Jim.

We had a party of 8 on 9/14/25vand they did not miss a beat. We had great service, and we were all impressed with the food, drinks, cleanliness and overall experience. Everyone ate and enjoyed everything that was put on the table. There was also beautiful artwork on the walls. I am looking forward to bringing others to have the same experience. I also can't wait to try the other items on the menu.

Good food, attentive service. Nice for a party of festive occasion. Be prepared for high noise level in the main dining room.

Extraordinary! We just moved into town and got takeout from Torcello for our first night. Our cutlery hadn’t yet arrived to our house so I asked the owner for some plastic utensils to use. He didn’t have plastic cutlery available, but instead of just saying that, he gave me a full set of silverware from his restaurant and a bottle of wine. What an amazing welcome to Larchmont. We will be back constantly. Thank you for a fabulous experience. We loved the food, especially the pastas and the chicken scarpiello.

Amazing food and service! Really top notch. The lobster ravioli, burrata, and pistachio tartufo were out of this world. Super friendly, attentive and accommodating staff & waiters. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this restaurant to anyone and plan to come back.

Wife and I met some friends there for dinner on Saturday night. It was our first time there. It definitely won't be our last. Service was excellent, food was delicious and the owner was gracious. I highly recommend it

I had the chicken martini and it was delicious and the broccoli rabe was outstanding. This was our first time but we will definitely go back.

Highly recommend this amazing family owned restaurant! Both the service and the food were absolutely exceptional. The owner and staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We were welcomed like friends.

I couldn’t decide between two dishes and the owner said “let me surprise you” which I loved! He brought me the ravioli funghi, a daily special. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and each bite was so rich and delicious.

The wine selection is also fantastic and if you’re not sure what to choose, the owner is more than happy to help you find the perfect pairing.

Tortello Ristorante is such a gem and everyone should take a trip to Larchmont to enjoy this incredible restaurant. You will not be disappointed!
