Lived here my entire life and stopped in from time to time. Never had an issue personally. Some reviews are just petty but who knows, like I said personally I’ve never had a problem and people seemed generally nice.
Decent bagel but the women making the sandwiches are violating a lot of health codes (hairnet/gloves) and my bagel n cream cheese was over $6.Cash flow at this business is probably very poor if your put your prices that high. It’s bread and cream cheese lol.
A lot of people seem to have issues with their service, but I've never seen it my whole life. They've always been nice to me. On the other hand, I know that Mamaroneck is full of entitled jerks that are rude to store workers, so I wonder where the fault truly lies.Regarding the food... there are lots of bagel places with subpar bagels, but this place has good ones.
