I was here after a bar mitzvah in Cedarhurst...I'm not used to hanging out in Cedarhurst because I don't live around here. I will say this ...it's conveniant because like it's the last place that a huge a** shwarma was available on the way to jfk. It's also near a 711 so if you are buying a coffee and are like "**** I need shwarma " this could come in handy. Since my flight to Chicago was postponed from 9 pm till 12:03 AM that turkey shwarma the size of half my arm came in handy instead of buying a sandwhich at jfk for like $90.00

Five in its category -- really tasty and fast Israeli/Mediterranean food. Went with my critical Israeli husband who loved it and said the food tasted exactly like food from Israel. I had the laffa with baby chicken shawarma and really enjoyed it. Would definitely be a regular customer if I lived in the area!

Great tasting falafel and shawarma. Parking lot exit not so good. Friendly food preparers. Prices a bit high but food is filling. Location on corner of Rockaway Trpk and Peninsula Blvd. I recommend it and will be back.

We ordered from here last night, honestly with low expectations, and I'm happy to say we were pleasantly surprised! The falafel appetizer came with 8 balls, which is a lot for an app, and they were crunchy on the outside, fluffy inside. The cigar appetizer was a little soggy, but that's to be expected with delivery in an enclosed container. The kofte kabab was delicious, and the white rice that comes with it is unexpectedly flavorful. Spicy fries were just the right amount of spice, and a very generous portion for the price. We also ordered a schnitzel laffa and schwarma eggrolls, but were too full to try them - they're our dinner tonight! We didn't get the Yemenite soup, but from past experience (at their since-closed other location) it's wonderful and something you must try. And if you order on Thursday, they also have cholent. It's the thick, rich stick-to-your-ribs Eastern European kind with meat and potatoes, but it has an additional kick of middle eastern seasoning - kabab spices, maybe cumin? And our order came with some chic pea salad and a corn salad, both of which were very good. I never go there because its location is inconvenient, but they deliver, and the order came quickly and accurately, and there's no delivery charge. Prices are quite reasonable: $19 for a generous dinner platter, $7 for the falafel app, $and $12 for the schnitzel sandwich (actually, $14, we sprung for the extra $2 to get it in laffa instead of pita).

I came here to try Israeli food for the 1st time and I have to say it's not bad. I got the baby chicken shawarma sandwich which is a big serving. This sandwich also comes with a chickpea salad which I quite love. I don't imagine anyone eating the entire sandwich in one sitting. I had about 1/4 of mine along with the chickpea salad and I'm full. Will have the rest later for dinner I suppose. The service was great. My server was super NICE. I have no complaints to be honest. And I quite liked the sandwich

Excellent experience. Great food served in hearty portions. The only suggestion I would make is an expanded salad bar.

Passed this place Millions of times now I no why it always empty. $17 for a swarma and it docent even come with any salads. ? Bro u need to step up your game if your charging city prices with dry chicken. All the places in bk serve the pita or laffa full of swarma and they give you a small tray for salads to go. Customer service need to be put in place also when u ask for everything inside why does it only come with one salad. 0 stars if could

This is a hidden gem of Five Towns. I mean it's not really hidden as it's on Lawrence Turnpike! It's right next to the 7/11 and it's easy to miss! Nice people and very friendly! The food is all fresh and the portions are large and supple. It's definitely designed for a large appetite so don't let the large prices scare you as you could turn it into two meals if you wanted. And make sure you order the Laffa, and not the falafel. Nothing wrong with the falafel but if you want a true middle eastern Israeli Jewish experience, order the Laffa. It's a delicious pita bread rolled into a burrito of awesomeness. Got the baby chicken and don't worry, it's not a baby chicken. I don't know why they call it that. It's delicious chicken. They should rename it! Anyways, hit this place up for a quick lunch break or even a nice dinner meal

I placed an online order for sandwiches. They didn't follow instructions. Fries were missing, baba ganoush wasn't fresh, hardly and salad in sandwiches. Falafel was dried out. No tahini sauce so sandwiches were dry. This time the food was disappointing
