There was a mistake made in one of the burgers but the staff took care of it immediately with such professionalism. Also everything tasted crisp and fresh.

Went thru the drive thru at 12:30am and the girl in the drive thru was rude af she asked if we was done ordering we said yes thank you and then she’s gonna tell us how we gonna say yes and drive off from the speaker when we just answered her question to we were done ordering and said thank you and started driving up when we had 3 cars in front of us then I received the food the fries were extremely cold and the crispy chicken sandwich was legit soggy and the lettuce was legit completely out of the sandwich the bread was all messed up I legit threw the food out and went and gott food from the Burger King in Inwood which is the BESTTTTT ONE IVE EVER BEEN TOO !! Don’t recommend coming here .

Around 11:30 pm last night I arrived to burger king. I didn’t have the worst experience however it wasn’t the best. There was a long line of cars so I sat in the drive thru for about 25 minutes. The young lady who took my order was very sweet and patient with me regardless of how many customers she had.(I believe she told me her name was Destiny) My experience was going lovely until I arrived at the window. When I arrived at the window I sat there for about 5-6 minutes before the young lady came to charge me for my order. She seemed very overwhelmed and looked alittle ill so I asked her if she was okay and she said yes and had a big smile. My issue here was there was another young darkskin girl standing infront of me on her phone not helping the other young lady. And 2 more ladies appeared to be standing not to far from the window talking in what I believe was Spanish and laughing. My heart goes out to that young girl she looked so stress and no one around her helped. In an establishment there should be teamwork not one person doing everyone’s job. If it wasn’t for that lovely young lady I would’ve gave this place zero stars

Great place to go if you need fast and easy to get food make it almost instantly always hot and you don’t need to spend a lot I didn’t give a review for atmosphere because I don’t go inside I usually order through uber or go through the drive through overall great place to come if your looking for a filling meal for cheap!!
One of the fast food places that always solves, its combos and ice creams are very good, I always order the super super good BACON as well as the chicken nuggets, but you can always improve especially the very flabby potatoes.
