This Location has issues during the night, during the day the staff are great! I'm sadden to report they have a female black manager who refuses to identify herself and hangs up the store phone when you call for help. I contacted corporate, this location refuses to assist with locals. Our company refuses to go here at night. The manager is verbally aggressive and threatens to have you trade passes by police. Very bad practice. They need to fire her, on the contrary the Spanish girls that's work here that same shift try to de-escalate and are very nice. They should be the manager.

I had an outstanding experience at the Burger King on Rockaway Turnpike! Gianna, who took my order, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She made sure our order was exactly as we wanted it, and her welcoming attitude really stood out. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was great, and it made the whole visit enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning to this location because of the excellent service and overall positive vibe! Thank you Gianna

This is probably the best burger king I have been to. It's usually empty, the bathroom isn't guarded like Fort Knox, and free refills. Also the staff isn't annoyingly friendly. I'm here to eat not to talk about my day. 10/10

I was at the drive through waiting for over 6mins with just 1 car in front. When o blew my horn, someone opened the back door if tge restaurant and then slammed it shut. I reversed off the drive through line to order inside. I still had to wait although it was empty inside. The fries were undercooked and the place was untidy. They also tried to con me into upgrading. When you buy a meal, they ask if you want medium or large without telling you that there's an upcharge, all meals come with small but they make you think that it's medium or large. Hopefully things will improve and I can come back and edit cuz it's local and I want to see better.

The airline offered a food voucher for this fast food place after my flight from Ivory Coast to Istanbul to JFK New Yotrk was delayed causing me to miss my connection in the last flight to Tampa. DESTINY helped me very much to make a gluten free option of the menu while the team took care of the busy drive thru line customers . DESTiINY concocted a gluten free meal of the bacon cheese burger. I found Quick service at this fast food place. Entry is being refurbished. Wheel chair accessible mens and women's restroom

This is my home spot. I love to go and have a meal, but sometimes breakfast can be a problem, especially when getting coffee. Everyone wants fresh Coffee but it's a good Spot 👍
