I stayed one night in the nearby Five Towns Inn, and as they do not have food service asked about restaurants near by. They pointed out the Burger King next door and there I went. The place was almost deserted as the time was rather late so I did not need to queue but put in my order right away. My usual is a chicken sandwich and I decided to add onion rings. I did not need to wait at all, which should have been a warning sign. When I opened the wrapper the sandwich looked somewhat distorted and the first bite revealed that it had probably been standing quite a while waiting for a customer as it was only lukewarm. The taste was actually "off". The onion rings and fries were as bad. This was a surprise as I have always got good food at Burger Kings, they are my favorite. Not this place, though!

Ordered the fully loaded croissant meal. Only thing that was hot was the coffee.Food was just salty and sad looking so disappointed.

Had ice cream and fries. Fries used to be more tasty but this time fries were soft and tasteless. The softee ice cream did not come with the cone as ordered. They ran out of cones. Lol

My children and I were in the restaurant and it has very bad customer service. We waited more than 35 minutes for the food. It did not have ketchup, napkins, even the whole place was full of garbage and dirty, the bathrooms were out of order and the employees were all in the kitchen. except for a girl who was the only one who cared about serving customers. All of that happened June 6 2023 around 6:15 pm.

I've worked at this store before, I started October of 2019 and this is literally the worst job experience I ever had. This was the most toxic work environment I ever experienced. The staff were terrible and the manager, Bianca Lofton or Fulton (whatever her last name is) is the worst manager ever. Her staff are equipped with no great customer service whatsoever, they're lazy, negligent, they were obnoxiously insubordinate and they had foul mouths. The amount of shit/rumors I've heard them conjure about me and spread was wild. I'm surprised I didn't have a mental breakdown in that place. The manager knew and did nothing, she encouraged really, considering she favored those employee which whom still probably work there. I honestly wanted to complain for this same reason. Defamation of character. I was the one mostly doing everything, ever more than her "assistant managers" never have I been promoted... also, I got blamed for ALL of the wrong doings of the entirety of the store.... How? She gave me a manager shirt, most people including workers thought I was a manager. Never got managerial pay though. She also told to me watch show up at work, stay clocked out, and watch work related videos which lasted hours. I was in the work building half of the day and never got paid for it.... This "manager" also tried to keep my W2 when I quit. I know for a fact because a former worker she fired said he never received his W2, MONTHS after he was fired. Probably going on a year. The W2 she promised to send him. Only difference between me and him was that I was persistent and she wasn't keep my money. I HAD to come up to the store and demand my W2 which she didn't have. Before I quit, She told me i would have to pick it up from the store. But then when I quit she told me it would be mailed to me? I waited and waited and waited well past February and my W2 still hadn't arrived. I emailed her, she never responded. I called about it afterward twice and she let the phone ring both times. No way she was busy. I had to come back into the store and press her about it. So why suddenly did my W2 disappear? I had to go through Human Resources to get a copy sent to me.... Suspicious.
Horrible all around the board waited for a drive thru order for 20 mins I was the inky truck there ended up leaving and going to giant bagel down the street it was so much

April 2023 - visited 2x this month. Went through the drive thru and after they confirmed my order and drove to the window. I was told to backup. When asked, it something at their numbers and the prep time. Promo running was for BOGO sausage biscuit. They didn't have biscuits they offered to substitued with croissant. And was surprised when I asked for jelly.April 2023 - This time I did a pick up order and when I went to the front door it was locked. Outside signs days it's open 24 hours, front door sign says opens at 7am (it was after 7). Had to go to the drive thru for my order. Again no biscuits ("they were being maded"). Again took the substitute croissants but when I took the first bite.You can immediately tell the croissants were a day old (too crumbly) and the sausage was just warm.I'm going to stop going there. Near cold, old food, locked doors, and I don't like being manipulated to make their drive thru times look better.May 2023 Again order the same breakfast promo BOGO Sausage Biscuits. And again just croissant.Maybe the biscuit maker needs to come in an hour earlier to get the biscuits going.I wonder what Corporate would think of this. Especially since no Management replied to this long ongoing detailed review/problem. No I didn't mind the crossaint but would have liked to have a biscuit at one in those 3 days.

This place is the worst every time I pass by it says it's 24 hours but the drive-through is always close. I don't understand what kind of advertisement they do and on top of that the food sucks. Better luck next time.
