Food was great I provided a 2 Star Review, employees are complete jerks and cannot handle multiple orders at the Togo station. Employees needs to be trained on how to not cross contaminate their stations and change gloves. This kid is a complete moron and should be fired. I asked for an ETA and told me I needed to back and sit down.

I recently visited the Chipotle on Rockaway Turnpike and was extremely disappointed with my experience. First, the food was noticeably dry and lacked the flavor I’ve come to expect from Chipotle. My burrito had sparse ingredients, making it feel more like a chore to eat than a satisfying meal.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning. The dining area was messy, with tables that hadn’t been cleaned and food debris on the floor. It created an unappetizing atmosphere that detracted from the overall experience.

I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle for its fresh ingredients and vibrant dining environment, but this visit was far from that standard. I hope management takes these issues seriously, as it reflects poorly on the brand. I look forward to seeing improvements on my next visit, as I believe this location has potential if attention is paid to food quality and cleanliness.

Extremely dirty kitchen. Everything was a mess. Food everywhere. Like nobody’s cleaned in the whole day.

The workers here have the worse attitudes no matter when you go or who it is. They aren't polite, but rude. They slap your food onto the plate, they often don't have items even when there's ample time before closing but worse of all, THEY UNAPOLOGETICALLY GIVE YOU SMALL PORTIONS. They be straight jipping you.
The place is usually junky, needing to be wiped doen, trash left unattended and with limited utensils etc.

every time i order or come to this chipotle there’s always and i mean always something missing idk if the employees aren’t reading the receipts correctly, idk if their just lazy i don’t know but it’s crazy

I’ve been here a couple times and it’s a chill spot when I’ve came before but this time I will have to say that it seems more of a hangout spot for teens and what sucks is them leaving the tables dirty and their trash under the tables. Like these 3 young girls who left stuff there as if it’s too hard to throw your trash out. Smh. When people don’t have a care in the world for public places, it just makes you wonder what their houses must be like.
