Not sure what happened , but the staff STILL have horrible attitudes and STILL give half-assed service. The place also STILL needs a deep cleaning.

I ordered a bowl with meat, tofu, lettuce, corn, and guacamole, which cost me almost $20. The guy who served me the meat acted like he didn’t want to give any and only put a tiny amount on my bowl, yet I was still charged for extra meat. I honestly don’t understand how the amount of meat shown in the picture is worth over $20. Extremely disappointing experience. Definitely do NOT recommend this place. Don’t come here.

This location have to be one of the worst chipotle. I visit this location yesterday around 9 pm had about 8 people infront of me & 6 works. I waited about 15 min on line just to hear we don’t have Any Chicken Steak or Pork ready No Meant was ready wasted my whole time also those 8 ppl infront of me. And the employees’s seems more mad then the paying customers. This place need a better manager to guide them.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but my recent pickup order was incredibly disappointing. I didn’t open the bag until I got home, and when I did, I was shocked by how poorly it was packed. Both containers were only half full, and they were smashed in. On top of that, I ordered two tortillas on the side, but they looked like someone had rushed and balled them up in the foil. To make matters worse, I received the wrong side items on the side.
I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of care and attention to packing the order was completely unacceptable. Please have more consideration when packing food orders.

They shake off the portion when asking for extra corn

This would be my third time eating Chipotle It actually tastes good especially with your cravings however it told me to sign up to add my rewards to it but why wouldn't I signed up my reward says zero and I spent almost $50

The price went up. Or they charged me more because of my appearance.

I bought a chicken bowl I was able to get salad lettuce in the bottom, a side of cilantro complimentary, It wasn't awesome The manager Reggie is very helpful and nice.

I came here to order and this was my worst decision!

Firstly let me start by saying the service ( customer service was OK). Atmosphere was ok as well.

Now when it comes to food serving portions, this is the worst. I got two portions of the chicken and 1 of steak and it was like I got nothing!

I came here because my wife wanted something from here and I ended up ordering for my self ( worst decision ever).

I took two portions of chicken and I could definitely say it wasn’t even 100grams of chicken. As for the steak I got 5 pieces of steak for my serving which is consider a portion 🤣, you guys need to take people into consideration since you are charging enough to cover for what we order and surely I could have taken my money and bought the raw ingredients which would have cost way less.

This is surely my last time ordering here !

I purchase some food at this stupid restaurant from the Uber Eats app And my food was incorrect again for the third time in a month. these workers are very unprofessional either they get your food wrong on purpose or they just stupid. I Already filed a complaint against these worker's. Do not buy anything from This Chipotle Because you going to get scammed. This ain't the first time this happened to me and it will be the last time Because I would never buy anything from this Chipotle restaurant again.

The website claims that it offers discount for law enforcement. The employee did not want to do it and charged full price. The website won’t let me get help to resolve this.
