I've gone here enough times to finally write a review. This place has poor customer service & it isn't everyone. But the last time I went here I ordered a juice in a size large. When I asked the man if there was a larger size he seemed incredibly annoyed and responded "you ordered a large, thats a large. There's an extra large." My response to this was "I normally say large and am given the biggest size." He had the most unnecessary, condescending response "I'm not the normal person" I did tell him he was rude and I was just confused about the cups and wanted clarity. He felt the need to try and make me seem like the problem and told me to "have a better day". He's very miserable, confrontational and seems to not understand sarcasm and flippant responses have no place in customer service. After arguing with him at this point because unfortunately I became upset with the interaction- I requested a refund. He makes them look bad and unprofessional. I don't know if it's a racial thing as I am Black and he's Latin ... and I've witnessed more pleasant responses and much friendlier interactions to people who appear to be Hispanic. He might not be a morning person as it was 630am However I don't care why he behaved that way. It's a poor reflection of their business. Unwarranted and undeserving; he doesn't need to work there or with people and I will never spend my money there again.

Ironically, I found out about this place through the nearby Amazon warehouse who had a large order delivered to them one morning while I was working there. Turns out that I really enjoyed the food and just had to know where it came from, and so I’ve been driving over there ever since. It’s not fancy by any means but the food is consistently good, which I think is rare for my area.

Their bagels are good however when ordering via Uber they do not allow notes, their coffee is so freaking sweet It has more sugar than actual caffeine, please put the notes section because a lot of us do not enjoy crazy amounts of sugar and I would hate to stop ordering from here!

Hubby and I used to order on door dash/Uber eats, but decided we'd go in to see the experience live. Let me tell you, great staff. You walk in and it's clean and welcoming. Staff is ALWAYS attentive, personable and just amazing people. It feels like they truly CARE about what they do here. I would recommend you go nowhere else, unless you want to be disappointed.
Oh, and my coffee is always done perfectly ????????????

On 6/27/24, I arrived at 6:45 to a locked door when their new hours are until 7pm, both employees (one female and one male) neglected to open and the female employee even did the kill sign saying it's closed. This is unprofessional.
Update: came again on 6/29/24, at 6:54 this time and doors were locked again. A business should have their doors unlocked and open for business until their officially listed closing time, which is currently 7pm. This is a big pet peeve of mine for businesses who close their doors on the regular prior to closing time. I used to work in the industry and I totally understand doing pre-closing work so you can get out of there as soon as possible but service should always be available within any posted business hours

My family and I used to order from this Deli constantly prior to and during the early part of Covid. Within the last 2 years, the customer service has declined as well as the chance of receiving the correct order. Even if they don’t have something, I would prefer them to say that they don’t have it instead of giving me something that I don’t want, nor do I eat, nor do they know if I’m allergic to, I will continue to order from this deli sporadically and hopefully they can get their act together or they will be losing a customer in the foreseeable future.

Since the new owners kept the same staff it's not improving. The staff is slow and doesn't get anything correct. Every time I go, there is an issue. I even tried paying extra to order online for it to be correct and ready. They never even received my order, thus never started making it. In addition the store was empty. Therefore I still had to wait 15 mins on top of the 20 that it said my order would be ready in. I waited a total of 35 mins for 2 buttered bagels and a muffin. I gave them many chances, but I will not be returning.
