Management asks like they don't know how to do their job. My husband had to tell them how to make hot tea with lemon. The service was very slow; we forgot we were at a fast-food location.

I’m really frustrated with all the times I’ve visited this particular McDonald's location. The wait times have been absolutely ridiculous—I've had to wait forever, even when it wasn't busy. It’s clear they’re short-staffed, but it doesn’t make the experience any better when you're standing there forever waiting for your food. On top of that, the orders are constantly wrong. I’ve had to double-check my bag every time, and more often than not, something’s missing or incorrect. I get that staffing issues happen, but consistently bad service and wrong orders are not acceptable.

I visited this location and had a very disappointing experience. After placing my order, I waited nearly 20 minutes for my food. I requested specific items, but my order was not prepared correctly.

I ordered a 10-piece nugget (which arrived cold) with two barbecue sauces, one cheeseburger with Mac sauce, and two double cheeseburgers with Mac sauce. Instead of adding the sauce to the burgers, they gave it to me in a separate container to scoop myself. My large and small fries were both burnt and cold, and my large caramel frappe (ordered without whipped cream) was poorly made.

On top of that, there was no one at the counter taking orders or communicating with customers. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I hope management addresses these issues.

The service at this McDonald’s is consistently very slow, especially in the evenings. It’s not just a one-time issue — it happens almost every time I visit. It seems they’re always short on staff, which leads to long wait times both at the counter and drive-thru. The employees try their best, but management really needs to address the staffing problem to improve the customer experience.

I love the hector or is it extortion the store manager he’s top notch service! Food is always amazing! He should train other store employees on patience and having a friendly smile. He’s amazing at what he does seriously. This location in itself always gets the job done efficiently everytime and I come at pretty late hours. Currently grab grub at 2:51 am and I’m so happy! Thank you lol
