It’s 1:35am and drive-through staff started that they are closing early because it was slow and management already removed the register at 1:30am. I started to staff that there hours of operation they closed at 2am. They restarted that management removed the register. Must be nice stealing 30min from the company. Hope someone pulls the record on this day Poor service!!!!

The store staff had a terrible attitude. I parked by the curb, waited 20 minutes for my order, and it still wasn’t brought out. When I went in to pick it up, they were indifferent and unhelpful. Why would you keep employees like this? Am I paying to be treated poorly?

This people from this restaurant are stealing to customers, I’ve spent over $65 today, they’re not sending you the complete order. I made an order through Uber Eats today. One of the items I’ve ordered was the Combo Pack that was supposed to come with 4 McChicken, 2 cheese burger, 2 McDouble and 4 medium French fries, this people didn’t send me the combo. I’ve called the place many times and they don’t even pick up their phone. Contacted Uber Eats and they’ve refuse to pay me my money. The manager refused to properly honor my Mcdvoice Receipt Coupon. And insisted that I couldn’t use my buy one sandwich get one of equal or lesser value on a double quarter pounder, that I had to get a single in order to use the deal. Although I have done this before. I find it unfair that individual managers can make up policies that go against what I as a customer read on the receipt that came from this store.
