I love the hector or is it extortion the store manager he’s top notch service! Food is always amazing! He should train other store employees on patience and having a friendly smile. He’s amazing at what he does seriously. This location in itself always gets the job done efficiently everytime and I come at pretty late hours. Currently grab grub at 2:51 am and I’m so happy! Thank you lol

Manager gaslight whens hes wrong and and rude to employees the black guy with the bald low cut and they took 10 dollars and didn’t refund me my money or gave me my order hes goin to tell me that i payed for two orders at the kiosk which is impossible if i punched in my own order

Worse service ever! Waited 45 minutes for a Big Mac and fries and was told that they are short staff. Other people came after me and left but she would not admit that they mussed my number. A simple apology would have been sufficient but instead I got attitudes

My grand kids and I went to the one in Lawrence on rockaway turnpike. The place was filthy and l when I ordered my food D I asked for someone to clean the tabels and I had to ask someone else to clean it and they finally did. Hearing to may complaints while waiting

says it’s open 24 hours but i went around 12:30 and they claimed they were closed and then said it depended on what i wanted and laughed
The service was alright, at the very least. The food sucked. Fries tasted odd, didn't meet the usual quality. They were also cold 🤦
