The food is ok, but for the price and how it was presented, it is pricy! It was served on a paper plate . You will get your own napkins and utensils, with that , price should be less or no tip for there is no service. When I was there , I overheard this curly haired Spanish speaking lady staff was rude to one of the middle aged lady customer. The customer apologized for she did not hear what she said and the staff didn’t even acknowledge the customer. Not coming back and will not recommend.

Came here for the pastries but the real treat was the creamy mushroom soup. WOW! Such a delicious lunch. And the sourdough bread was excellent.

I visited patis bakery in Lawrence a few days ago and I was so disgusted with the customer service, the food quality and overall experience . Everything was served on plastic plates. The workers kept going up and down to heat up our food to bring it up. It was pretty obvious that the food was premade and not fresh. The food was so bland and not worth the price at all. As I was sitting and eating, I asked one of the workers for a fork and they pointed me to where they are located. I don’t understand where the customer service is. Extremely un professional! And I definitely will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone. I usually don’t ever leave any reviews, but I’m super disappointed.

Horrible service. Came here with family and there was hair in their food making it gross and uneatable. We called them since we were on the road back home and they refused to do anything about it. The owner said they would get back to us to sort everything out and never did. Shows how much they care about their customers. I would not recommend eating or bringing your service here.
The pastries are great but service is horrible. You have to wait 20mins for your order even though the store is empty. I ordered a coffee and the lady who makes the coffee was nowhere to be seen and when she came upstairs to make my order she took her time. It's disappointing considering the great food but due to the unfriendly and extremely slow service I will not be returning

Excellent. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly. The gentleman who took our order was so friendly and took his time to explain things to us as we ordered. The latte was superb as well as the sticky pecan roll. Can't wait to go back again and try something else. Well done.
