We were customers for this franchise for a long long time. We went to most of the various locations but this one USE to be our favorite. When ordering an avocado toast at The previous locations they didn’t toast the bread to be as hard as a rock. Once we spoke to a worker, she was very rude. Said there was nothing she could do. But The reason I gave service even a single star was because the guy at the register was nice and calm, and not rude at all through this process. We did get our earned refund but overall, Patis the franchise is great but maybe try any other location.

The food is ok, but for the price and how it was presented, it is pricy! It was served on a paper plate . You will get your own napkins and utensils, with that , price should be less or no tip for there is no service. When I was there , I overheard this curly haired Spanish speaking lady staff was rude to one of the middle aged lady customer. The customer apologized for she did not hear what she said and the staff didn’t even acknowledge the customer. Not coming back and will not recommend.

I visited patis bakery in Lawrence a few days ago and I was so disgusted with the customer service, the food quality and overall experience . Everything was served on plastic plates. The workers kept going up and down to heat up our food to bring it up. It was pretty obvious that the food was premade and not fresh. The food was so bland and not worth the price at all. As I was sitting and eating, I asked one of the workers for a fork and they pointed me to where they are located. I don’t understand where the customer service is. Extremely un professional! And I definitely will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone. I usually don’t ever leave any reviews, but I’m super disappointed.

Horrible service. Came here with family and there was hair in their food making it gross and uneatable. We called them since we were on the road back home and they refused to do anything about it. The owner said they would get back to us to sort everything out and never did. Shows how much they care about their customers. I would not recommend eating or bringing your service here.

Excellent experience earlier today at the Teaneck store. The manager took personal responsibility to see that our order was filled properly and in a reasonable amount of time. Soup and pizza was excellent. Was very happy to patronize this location.
