Food is pretty incredible and the pastries (almond and chocolate croissants) are as close to a Parisienne cafe as you’re gonna get in Queens/Nassau counties. Owner is very nice. Staff friendliness is a hit or miss and locals dining in are not overly welcoming that’s why I do take out early in the morning on Sundays. My family is always excited when they see the clear Patis bag holding their favorite croissants.

I'm almost hesitant to give a positive review only because one of the things I love about it is that it's still a nice place to eat where it's not overcrowded. The food is always fresh and delicious. We were customers for this franchise for a long long time. We went to most of the various locations but this one USE to be our favorite. When ordering an avocado toast at The previous locations they didn’t toast the bread to be as hard as a rock. Once we spoke to a worker, she was very rude. Said there was nothing she could do.
