This has been my Go to Place for both of my pregnancy. I asked for a Firm base the container was basically empty and the based was watery this has happened atleast 3 times there’s no care made into the bowls. This location used to work for me but I’ll no longer be traveling there for a bowl of soup with barely any fruit in the bowl

I love stopping by this location on lunch breaks and free time anytime I have a taste for a great smoothie or smoothie bowl. Everything is always fresh. The service is always amazing and efficient. The energy from the workers in this location makes and has made the experience pleasurable everytime from day 1. Shout out to a few I know by name Sonny, Navin, Chad, Rayanna, and Anthony. And Shout out to the whole playa bowl Lawerence team. Keep doing what you all are doing !

Been a loyal customer for years however the customer service or lack there of is definitely not worth coming here and spending $20 on a açaí bowl. The staff don’t acknowledge you when you walk in and you stand there at the counter looking stupid until they finally decide to give you their time. Better locations elsewhere .

Rayanna was SO sweet and helpful when we were making our order. Our bowls were properly portioned and made to perfection! Overall, the service was great, however, I will note that it was a bit frustrating that her manager was hovering over her shoulder and interrupted her taking our order several times. A simple “excuse me” goes a long way and it shows a level of respect for employees regardless of status/title. These are the little things that matter when it comes to business. Nevertheless, it was a great experience and we will definitely be back!

worst playa bowl location They accept orders on uber eats and then close their store without sending out the orders, its happened to many people
I been ordering from here on uber eats for a while because it’s so far and it’s been good. But lately they have been getting me order wrong EVERY time. I went into the store because the food is good it’s very refreshing but it’s disappointing getting the order wrong to the point that I can’t eat it. I went into the store ordered the same thing and they still made it wrong. I asked for peanut butter in my bowl and they assumed that I wanted granola (the same mistake they was making when I do uber eats). The workers had an attitude when I told them peanut butter and granola are not the same thing. Granted they fixed it but the service just wasn’t it.

I have had smoothies and bowls from here. All very fresh and tasty. They will customize anything to your liking. They even give good suggestions on their vast menu. I love the Nutella Bowl! I added mango to it this time, so delicious. If you want something light for breakfast or lunch or snack, this place is it.
