My friend from out of town came to visit and we visited this Starbucks and the two baristas here were so accommodating and made our coffees extra special. The place was clean and cozy and the music was light and was not blasting. Their names were Jamel and Alex.

Horrible service , barista gave a nasty attitude , drink was poorly made , when asked to fix it , she denied and said they ran out of it when that was clearly a lie.
If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. I came to this location to order my usual go to drink from Starbucks. The cashier gave me the most uncomfortable look ever, so in response, I smiled to ease the tension. After I shared my order, she proceeded to say they don't serve my drink. However, I've been getting the same drink for about 2 months now. She continues and says, "We don't serve Indian people here." That is so discriminative. I am absolutely disgusted. That employee deserves to be terminated. No employer should seek exceptions for racism in any shape or form.

This morning I went to a Starbucks and I had the worst experience ever.I ordered Americano, and it was very poor inconsistent quality of all regular brewed coffee.It tasted like a water. I asked a Barista to make me another one , and she sad that I have to pay again for it…Very unprofessional, very rude staff. I would never come there again.If they want to stay in business, they better work on their Customer service skills .
