There were no ice cubes in one machine, no small lids available, after telling a clerk, he begrudgingly gave me one. My experience was so bad , I would never go to this particular store on Rockaway Blvd. Lastly,I lived in the 5 towns for over 20 years and would go to this particular store all the time,and people were always helpful, those days are over as well as my patronage to this store!

I’ve been coming here two or three times a week so I could get something to eat for me and my family and every time I have missing items and I find out as soon as I get home 10 to 15 minutes away, I call and call and call and nobody answers a few times I show up and they gave me an attitude and Give me a face like why are you here? why are you coming up to us? So far this month I have $40 worth of missing items. Honestly, I think I will stop coming to this establishment. This is sad and embarrassing.

People always bash Taco Bell but there is a lot of good about it. Especially this location. I never have any issues when I'm here. Rare occasions they forget something on an Uber order but that's it
The drive though cashier Lineth C give horrible customer service. Rushes though order. Has attitude. Doesn't give me a chance to think. She keeps say anything else, anything else, anything service. It's not like there's a line of cars behind me.at least say have a good day with a smile. The The employees may not be trained correctly or just miserable working there. If you don't like the job, go to school or get another job thatnit restore customer service.

Order cost 70.00 for 4 people-pick up order- (from mobile app) for amount of food that cost40$ two years ago. That would be acceptable if the quality of the food was atrocious. Chalupa shells not cooked all the way & only half filled with ingredients . Taco supremes also only half filled with ingredients. Beefy nachos consisted mostly of a dried clump of refried beans-very little “beef”.cinnamon treats were stale! This location a huge rip off and true disgrace.
