Haven’t come here in a long time, this place has turned around, love the staff here now such lovely ladies. Very polite and welcoming, quick to take your order. My favorite is the fish and it’s always fresh! Love the decorations makes you feel at home. So clean in here now! Wow what a difference! Great job with all the wonderful new workers in here! Will be continuing to come back here from now on!

My husband and myself love the 2 lovely ladies that work most days for breakfast and lunch, they always make sure all the customers are greeted and their food hot and fresh Every-time we come in here. We started coming to this Burger King because of the manager Kari she’s just the sweetest! It’s always so clean in here and she’s always working so hard and helping everyone around her! We will always come back here!

Waited over 10 minutes for mobile order ,in a near empty restaurant. Only two workers in the building and the one running the grill ran to the drive thru window to chat with friend while other customers left bc they felt ignored . This establishment needs help. Better management and common sense. Don’t waste your money .

I placed my order then I was told wait in the parking and the place wasn’t busy at all then finally got my food thought it was wrong I went and said I think it’s wrong and the preparing the food came and gave attitude and show me the burger was right it didn’t look it to so told wrap up again I’ll take it and I apologize and I got but attitude from her I was eating in the parking two employees came and one was the cook and they were staring me at making comments I didn’t engage them that’s serious disrespectful after I apologized for not realizing the was right all along won’t be back

Looked at menu before pulling in. Asked for double bundle and was asked for a code. I don’t have a code and menu/site mentioned anything about a code. You have to have app or coupon for that code. So unless you have that code you can’t get several things that are on their updated menu! So double bundle is $19.99 with 2 whoppers, 2 fries or onion rings and 8 pc nuggets. I didn’t have code so couldn’t order that. I ordered two whoopers, fries and onion rings and it was just over $24? I didn’t order chicken nuggets because that would have put me over budget by approx $15. I’d suggest website should show the obligation of a code Advertising the bundle options is definitely false. Always very professional and helpful employees, always clean, food prepared quite well! Though I don't live in Leroy I always visit this location when in the area because they have a $5 Duo that other Burger Kings in the area don't offer. You can get two DOUBLE cheeseburgers for $5, when most others only have the junior whopper, the bacon cheeseburger, and the chicken sandwich in that deal. Why? This location is owned by the Carol's Vorporation, and if a Burger King isn't they're ONLY allowed to offer the three duos I mentioned earlier. Maybe TMI, but all I'm saying is two double cheeseburgers for $5 is much more bang for your buck than any other $5 Duo at most other Burger Kings!
