I was on my way back home to rochester. When our little five month old decided, it was feeding time and we did not have water unfortunately to make a bottle. (she wont drink unless its warm) I stopped here and the employees were just absolutely amazing and helped us out. Great people!! I could only imagine how great they are when it comes to getting food.

Twice this week I’ve received the wrong muffin. I can’t even call the store to ask/tell them, and see what kind I’ve received. I’m glad I didn’t blindly eat it, as I have a nut allergy. Please fix your phones!

Staff is always great. And now that they seemed to be fully staffed it’s even better. But whoever is in charge of fixing the card readers and scanners… can we do that!! They haven’t been able to scan points in the drive through in over a week! And they can’t take cards if you go in so that you can get your points…

There is some employees that are absolutely amazing and then there is some that don’t care about their customers today I ordered a hot chocolate and I got a coffee and so I came back to get my hot chocolate wasting gas the one employee was upset and told the employee that did my order and the British server said what never looked at the sticker when completing my order and all he said was sorry never giving me back my money or a free drink for the next time just a sorry I could be allergic to coffee or something in the coffee and he could’ve killed me but thankfully I am not

Horrible Dunkin. Most of the time they mess up our drinks and food and bad service. This place should get shut down. Got a large frozen matcha and they only filled it up three quarters of the why. Waste of my money.

Today I went to Leroy New York Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru. The person taken the order had a hard time remembering my order. To the point where I had to repeat it a couple times. When I got up to the drive-thru Connor I noticed that the person making the order. Made the wrong size and when I was brought up to me. I told the person that handed it to me that it was the wrong size. She said to me. I'm not deaf and told me the wrong size because I ordered a large and not as well. To her credit. After all the attitude. She gave me the correct size. But when I got to work. I took a sip and it's not what I ordered. I usually get great service here. But today this person dropped the ball.

I like Dunkin as much as the next guy, don’t get me wrong. But like, just hire more people DAMN. Every time we order a wake-up wrap (the person who orders it asks for cheddar and sausage instead of American and bacon) it’s always wrong. That’s not even just this Dunkin it’s every single one in Batavia too.

The worst Dunkin in NYS. 50/50 chance they get your order right and that is being generous. Today I had to come back twice for two missing items and not even an apology. Just “ok, ok, I got it…”
They mix the drinks different than other places and doesn’t taste the same. I just don’t understand! I’m in a Dunkin somewhere almost every day…they just can’t pull it together. I often drive 30mins out of my way to do to a different Dunkin. But they suck me back in because it’s the only on in LeRoy…I think maybe they can get it right….but nope.

Did an online order before I left the house then had to wait in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. Other times it’s usually a 15 minute wait. Pot hole in the entrance is bad.

Gotta be honest — only one guy working here actually seems like he wants to be there. Even a simple coffee order (1 cream, 2 mocha) somehow gets messed up every time I’ve been here. Most recently, I waited what felt like forever for just a dozen donuts and a coffee. Isn’t this supposed to be a coffee and donut shop?
I ordered 12 donuts and heard the lady behind the counter say to the worker, “be careful selling that many at once” — seriously, what does that even mean?
To be honest, I’ve never had to write a review like this, and I’m not even mad — just disappointed. Dunkin’ is usually a reliable place, but this location feels like it should be shut down. Read any of the other reviews — I’m clearly not the only one. I really hope people start going elsewhere.

14 minutes in the drive thru for a hot chocolate and a verbaked, dry, chocolate chip muffin. And can we talk about the enormous pothole when you pull in the parking lot?
