Room was fine except the door would not lock for when we wanted to go out to dinner. I called the help phone number and had to leave a message. Never received a call back. The lady who was making up the rooms nearby (the next morning) tried to help. Leaving our room unlocked made our dinner an uneasy adventure.
This is a wonderful place to stay to get away from the hustle of Rochester, Batavia or Buffalo. Convenient to all..
The room and view was incredible. Service was only so-so.
Same breakfast every morning consisting of a muffin, fruit and unsweetened yogurt.
No turn down service, no daily cleaning or bed making although we did not mind since we only stayed there two nights.
The room was set up weird with the TV being off to the side...
