Ordeal started at 6:50. We waited for a couple of minutes, we were taken up the stairs to the dining area. We were one of four tables in the upstairs dining area. The downstairs tables had been completely removed. Our waitress was short with us when we ordered drinks, and rude when we asked for a highchair. We waited 45 minutes for our appetizer (onion rings) they were piping hot. It was delivered after we hunted down a staff member. I was told that the kitchen was backed up due to an overload of delivery orders. After 55 minutes we were brought out child’s meal but no one else’s. After an hour and 20 minutes our remaining three meals were delivered. The garbage plate was completely cold, the brisket sandwich and chicken finger Mac and cheese were luke warm. The table next to us also stated to the waitress that their food was cold. The manager was amazing as always, apologized and comped the cold meal. We left at 8:30.

Came here yesterday 09/29/2025. Food was terrible and cold, but wait that's not the worst part. Took over 15 minutes just to ask us what we wanted to drink. Then over 47 minutes went by , still no food. Is it really that hard for a Reuben sandwich and onion rings, and Steak Philly sandwich? It's really a shame we are moving to the area and we so delighted to have a place to stop weekly. Get your staff inline. Girl without sleeves was our server . Took us to ask where are food was before we even got a refill on drinks. Reuben sandwich wasent even grilled , nothing at all. Garlic fries were so greasy there was literally a puddle of grease and butter. You know what came out last ? The Chicken wrap .. the easiest fastest food. Now was it the waitress ,? The cooks? No sure but it was a disaster.

Went Saturday morning eleven thirty or so….service was top notch…the black and blue burger & sweet potatoes fries were more than I was expecting……looking forward to a return visit…

The food is good, but don’t bother paying for songs on the TouchTunes at night. If the bartender doesn’t like what you pick, he’ll just turn it off. Hope you like Nickelback

Main dishes were good. We had the full slab of ribs and the chicken finger wrap. The side dishes left a lot to be desired. The macaroni salad is warm and was simply boiled macaroni noodles slathered with warm mayonnaise - it was disgusting. Applesauce was literally cups of Mott’s which were also warm. Baked apples and cornbread were really good.
Went in to pick up my order, was greeted after a few minutes where I told the employee my name and that I had a carryout order. They looked at my bagged order, looked at another employee then walked away. About 5-6 a later they return asking if I had been cashed out. I had not and they could see my food was still sitting on the counter behind the bar.
Maybe dining in would have been a better service experience.

Had to sit upstairs which smelled like a bathroom. It was extremely hot in the building. The food took almost 40 minutes to come. Ordered a beer, half the table got carded at the table and the other half didn’t. I’m in my 30s and obviously look like it. The waitress wouldn’t take my NY state Mobile ID which is able to be scanned, valid through the state, and even able to be used at TSA. From the NY website: “Businesses can accept the New York Mobile ID (MiD) during alcohol sales after the New York State Liquor Authority issued an advisory on October 30 declaring Mobile ID as an approved form of age and identity verification.” It’s one thing to not take the mobile ID app but it’s another to only ID certain people at the table and not the others.
