The employees always make great food and always clean but could you put a second person on during busy hours. Like I'm sure your profits are more than adequate. Today three of us placed Mobil orders and couldn't pick them up until way after pick up time. The solution is simple. Another worker during peak hours. Please consider this please for the love of people on their lunch break.

I love the Pickleball sub. I could not order it on line but was able to get it when I went inside. A lot of parking and no wait. Prices of course went up but I have no complaints about the subs.

15 minutes late when they had 30 minutes headstart on our order. Oh, and neither of the subs were done right. The untoasted one was toasted and there were no toppings on the second one.... c'mon.

I always use online curbside at this location. They alway make my sandwiches perfect. Only complaint is that i wish they would teach the younger workers some better customer service. Its awkward af when they just walk out and hand u ur sandwich without saying a word and just staring. Like you could at least reply to my good afternoon and thank you lol. Its happened more than once with the young ones

This is the second time I have online ordered and have not recieved the bacon I paid for on two subs. I also ordered Italian herbs and cheese bread for my two subs and they were on plain italian. 8/20/23

The food is good always consistent but the young lady Veronica is very rude. Rolling her eyes constantly and making it very known she does not want to serve me. I will be honest if I see it is her working I will not go in. I’ll gladly drive the 10 minutes to Batavia instead for friendly service.
