We celebrated my moms 66th birthday here, had a table of 15 and was treated terrible. Besides the service being bad, one of our party had a gift certificate for $50 that was 1.5 years old. The waitress came back to us saying they only accept giftt certificates up to a year old. The owner (Bob) got involved and did not want to honor it until we showed him the NYS law that states gift certificates have to be honored for a minimum of 9 years from the date of purchase, and told him we would report this to the state. After deciding to honor it, saying he doesent want any trouble with the state, He then tells my aunt that he hopes she doesent come back. The owner of the establishment, should be disgraced to have treated a local, who's family just spent $400 in your restaurant like that. Don't worry Bob, we won't be back.
Their Seafood fra Diablo is terrific. lots ot seafood and a nice spicey sauce. Every meal has been excellent. We had my farher in laws 90th birthday party there and they were fabulous to work with for the catering. highly recommended.
I had high hopes for Gone Coastal, but unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. I ordered the fish fry special, and as someone who has had incredible fish and chips from the New England coast, this was a disappointment. The fish was rubbery, overly oily, and lacked the fresh taste I was hoping for.
The atmosphere was just as underwhelming, an odd mix of dive bar and American seafood restaurant. The place was packed, seemingly a local favorite for snowmobilers, judging by the number of snowmobiles parked outside.
The one redeeming quality was the service. Our waitress was wonderful, especially given that we had a larger party, and she made sure we were well taken care of.
Overall, I wouldn’t return. If you do decide to visit, I’d recommend sticking to more classic American-style dishes like wings. Despite the name Gone Coastal, this is definitely more of an American-style eatery than a seafood destination.

This was our first time eating here and honestly will be the last. The Riggies although a very good size portion were absolutely awful. Very little sauce, the chicken was tough and for some odd reason the noodles had a slimy texture and very, very over cooked, thought I was crazy until I made my husband try them as well. Not to mention for the price it should come with some kind of side. Husband got the sausage and spinach over pasta and it wasn’t too bad and his noodles were actually cooked good. But still very little butter sauce on his entree and again came with nothing for sides. Not even a slice of bread. $36 and my entire severing went in the garbage (literally) Guess this place just isn’t for us.
Phenomenal food!

One of the most disappointing meals ever. To preface, what kind of a restaurant serves dollar store brand ketchup & steak sauce? Clover Valley? You can’t spring for name brand condiments for your establishment? Just unbelievably dissatisfied and will never return. Really wish I could say something positive, but the food here is awful. We spent 100+ and left very disappointed. The steak was terrible, not even sure how you can mess up a great cut like they did, but it was badly cooked & tasted equally bad. Veggies were bland and watery. Seafood was over cooked and everything else mushy. What blew our minds is a restaurant actually served dollar store condiments ? This place is on par with Dennys, but for triple the cost. The water also tastes like metallic or like antifreeze…guessing they may serve well water, which was off putting to all of us who tasted it. The positive reviews are perplexing, perhaps some people don’t have standards or more discerning palettes. BUT, take a peek at the plenty of negative reviews! Someone else mentioned their water wasn’t drinkable. And apparently the owner told the patron they couldn’t drink their own water or would be charged?! WTH? Service wasn’t great. Bathrooms are kind of nasty. Worthy of 1 star, not 5. Overpriced nasty food that’s way too expensive. Owners should be embarrassed. Spring for name brand condiments at least. Offer a bottled water. Mink. Sorry ?

A very cozy place to enjoy some good food, this place is amazing! The food is phenomenal (would highly recommend all the shrimp pastas), and the staff is also extremely friendly. The chocolate milk was very rich, and the Alfredo sauce was just so cheesey. It's a wonderful place with a bit of a nautical theme, and we will certainly go back!!! Would definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Dietary restrictions: They had gluten free pasta available, and I believe other options as well.
Kid-friendliness: Very good, would recommend for families!
