Tried this place a few times but their bagels are not very good and the customer service is just all over the place.

The one star is for service not for the food or anything else I know they’ve been there for many years and the food is good today I walked in to almost empty store just to three customers there were five people in the corner talking there was a customer in front of me and the girl was taking order I was standing right there for 15 minutes I was standing and no one acknowledged me I listen to the whole conversation of the people in the back I went to the register looking for someone to help me I waved to the guy in the back when I walk to the front then I walked to the front I saw a woman look like a manager asked him if someone can help me and she said they’ll be right with you at that point I said no they won’t I’ve been standing here for 1015 minutes and no one has been right with me and then she walked away then one of the girls said well where were you I said I was standing right next to wake up when I left I know people on the long with use but maybe someone will and maybe they’ll change before I find a new bagel store

The best bagels but have had my order messed up on multiple occasions.

I’ve been going Bageltown since it opened in 1966 when their bagels sold for 6 cents each (really). They make bagels the uncompromising, unstinting traditional way, and you can taste the difference. You have to go to Manhattan or Brooklyn to get a bagel that even begins to compare. The outside is crisp, the inside is dense, tasty and chewy, the way real bagels taste. How they’re not more famous baffles me. Keep up the great taste and tradition, Bageltown.

Bagels are really good But the staff needs to listen to you when you place your order Twice they gave me somebody else's order

If you want to experience just standing and waiting over 15 minutes for a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with cream cheese come check this place out. People who ordered hot sandwiches got their food quicker then me. Hope to see a better establishment come here

Just got breakfast from bagel town. It’s thanksgiving morning and they’re busy but everyone had an amazing attitude and A smile on their face ready to help. My bacon egg and cheese on a bagel came out flawless and was one of the better breakfast sandwiches I’ve had this year. I’m tempted to go back and get another one.

Fresh tasty bagels, hot bacon and eggs, great local favorite.

Ordered a chicken cutlet on a roll it was terrible . It was sloppy and the chicken wasn’t fresh or even hot. I paid $15.53 for that, a regular sized water bottle, a banana and a SMALL side of peanut butter . She charged the PB as cream cheese and it came out to $1.61 I personally think that’s ridiculous. I really wouldn’t have mind the prices if the sandwich was actually good . Maybe I should’ve just ordered a bagel .

Needs to be updated and nicer staff, now go to bagel place up the road. Staff can make or break a business.

I've been going here for years , whether it's a family function and I need a bag of bagels or a Sunday breakfast. The staff is always sweet and the food always good quality HOWEVER. I have a bit of a issue with the menu item the kings platter " 2 eggs home fries and 2 SLABS of ham " ... sad to say the 2 slabs of ham which is the whole reason I got the meal weren't two country style ham steaks as your led to believe by the name but rather 2 6 inch by 6 inch thin sliced ham slices thrown on a cook top to get some color..... this is a gross over exaggeration and damn near falsely advertised and quite the disappointment... please adjust the menu or change the meal accordingly because this is just wrong and unfair

Best bagels near me. Love the super egg bagels and grandma loves the strawberry cream cheese. The half dipped chocolate chip cookies are the best. The cookies aren't hard as rock and aren't to chewy like some other places you go to

I don't understand the negative reviews either. This place the food is very good! Is a very comforting bagel place and has everything you need from a bagel store. Definitely recommend this local spot for a quick Sunday morning breakfast. It is tasty! Price is decent too!

3.99% charge for debit cards and credit cards: I am only one to complain when the principle hits home for me. not many people carry cash so businesses are now capitalizing on this, i can adapt to change but credit card fees is a cost of doing business, businesses are now making money off of it. doesnt seem right to me, maybe to you and thats ok but i know where i will no longer be spending my money

Wife wanted a tuna salad on bagel,i've been told they have the best. Food was pretty good,my wife got an everything bagel but it looked like sesame and i got a egg everything and didn't seem very everything. The service was swift and good. The overall interior seems dated and not dirty but eh.
