The staff could be a bit more cordial to the customers that's for certain. The last time I was over there and ordered food there was hair in it! I honestly I am not so sure I'd be back over there considering their dispositions and the fact that sanitation procedures are not as high of a priority as it should be......

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION ONLINE. I ordered an occasion ice cream cake online & paid for it, but couldn't pick it up for a few days. when i went to pick it up, there was no cake, no refund & no offer of replacement goods. credit card company wouldn't cancel because of late pick up. Placed and order for a birthday cake 1 week in advance- went to pick up the cake as per date / time on receipt and the workers had no idea! They said their boss didn’t bring the cake!! No cake was there! Very unprofessional- where is the cake I paid for???!! ZEROoooo stars!!

The Health Department needs to shut down this store. I bought icecream for my family and the icecream was old with icicles also hair was discovered on bottom scoop. I felt something tugging at the spoon & to my dismay there was a long piece of brown hair in my icecream.

Worst coffee ever. Ordered a ice cappuccino was given coconut milk with ice. Upon complaining they mixed more coffee. It was disgusting waste of money. Threw away the whole coffee

Ordered a custom cake online with 24 hours advanced notice and was called by the manager less than 3 hours before the pick up time that it would not be ready because the cake maker was not in. Keep in mind the pickup time was 645pm; this was not for an early pickup. She offered us to come in and pick out something else which I somewhat appreciate it but we won't be taking her up on it as we do not feel like paying for something that we didn't want. In the end there aren't many good reasons as to why it took until 4pm to get that phone call and now cause us to have to scramble for a replacement.

I had the chance to by ice cream here around 7pm. Very rude this guy with glasses. No respect for pregnant ladies and don’t know to treat clients properly. If you’re restocking you cannot tell clients to order at coffee station when I’m buying ice cream. Plus the waffle cone he gave us expired nuts around it. It tasted horrible and it was so bad, I had to throw the ice cream away. Waste of time and money. I bought a donut, this guy uses the same dirty gloves he was using to bring the ice cream cans from downstairs to touch my donuts and bag it without the paper. I had to ask him to change the bag because it was all dirty and he just threw it at me.

Their Thanksgiving turkey ice cream cake is probably one of the most depressing things I've ever seen/eaten. But it was ice cream cake, so how bad can it really be? I didn't go, but my brother-in-law's family went to pick up the cake (preordered and paid for in advance online), and they said the staff was all out of sorts and tried giving them the wrong cake and charging them for it.

I was the only customer in the store and I told the man behind the counter that I wasn't in a hurry (my mistake) and that he could finish what he was doing before he waited on me. He proceeded to ignore me and wait on two customers who came in after I did and then only turned to me because I called him on it. I ordered a one scoop cone. It was one of the smallest scoops I've ever gotten in any baskin robins. The scoop was falling off the cone and he pushed it back on with his finger. When I said I wouldn't take it and wanted a new one, he dumped it and gave me a new smaller one. I will never go back to this location!

This place never have Hot Fudge warm n ready ... no matter what time of the day you walk in for a Sundae. You ask for hot fudge they offer you sundae with chocolate Syrup... first time when i went it was around 8:45pm i was told it's finished to warm up another bag it will take longer n then they will be closing, i went many times, different times... as this one is close to my place n my kids luv their sundae w hot fudge.... We got our sundae with hot fudge only once out of 10 times... i pay for sundae .... end up getting just scoop of ice cream as my kids won't like syrup on it... they have flies flying inside, tables are dirty n floor too.... would drive little far to go to East Meadow location or Hicksville but not here anymore
