Okay, I might be biased, because it was my own wedding. But holy cow, our wedding cake was the best cake we’ve ever tasted! Batter Up was part of our venue package, but they were able to add on some extras for us that were affordable and very appreciated. The staff was super easy to work with, and our tasting went so great that we had a hard time settling on fillings and flavors because everything was just so good. We had four tiers, with two types of filling and fresh berries. Everything tasted amazing, and the presentation of the cake was excellent. We’d recommend them to anyone getting married!

I went in to Batter Up Bakery because my friend got her sons’ birthday cake from them and it was absolutely delicious, so I decided I would get my husband’s birthday cake from them. To say the red velvet cake was delicious is an understatement, it was moist, creamy and the crumbs on the outside were to die for. We’ve never had a red velvet cake this good. We will definitely be going back to Batter Up Bakery!

One table with 4 people with an employee over there chatting away. I am the next person in line and the girl behind the counter is slow as can be…. I was there 5 minutes as this one person ahead of me was being taken care of, (with a small order no less) and the other girl was chatting (not taking orders) with the family of 4 at the table. Might not seem like a lot of time but the circumstances turned me away to walk out.
I was on line at the bagel store (5th in line) and got served quicker.

We used Batter Up! as our baker for our wedding cake since our venue recommended them to us and we fully understand why! The quality of the wedding cake, the flavors, and the level of service that we received since the beginning was top notch.
We were able to get an appointment for a cake tasting right away and the baker was very accommodating to our needs. Prior to this baker, we went to another baker for a cake tasting and based on our initial impressions, we knew that Batter Up! would be the clear choice. We were able to sample various cake flavors and fillings and all of them were amazing.
For our wedding of 200+ guests, we ordered a four-tiered guava and strawberry/custard cake. The strawberries were fresh and the guava paste was sweet. Our wedding was in August, and to this day, our guests still tell us how great the cake tasted. We recommend Batter Up! to all couples that are looking for a great baker in Long Island.

Ordered a cake for my parents 30 wedding anniversary and the cake was AMAZING. Top tier services and they care about every single client. I’ve been in the wedding industry for 15 years and there simply is no better option for dessert.
This place need to get there act together. Scheduled a tasting because my venue switched to them . Called twice no answer finally when someone picked up they had no clue what to do. When we came in for tasting no one had a clue where my appointment was .We sat for 25 min and decided to leave and use another bakery . We didn't feel comfortable using an unorganized inexperienced bakery for our special day. Maybe cake could have been good but no thank you.

I don't know what all the hype is about. Went there this morning bought cookie and pastries. Cookie were stale , rainbows were dry. The pastries were overly sweet. Nobody touched anything except the napoleons were decent. Nothing special and Similar to a supermarket product. Staff was playing on phone when I entered.

We used Batter Up for our wedding cake and they were excellent! They accommodated our schedule for the tasting by putting together a to-go box when our schedule did not allow for us to go there to sit down and try the flavors. We did not get to eat our cake the night of the wedding because we were being pulled in a million different directions that night but the venue boxed up the entire top layer for us to bring home and we had it the next morning - it was still so fresh and delicious the next day! Definitely recommend this bakery.
