Their tasting was super simple and they truly let me hang out and decide on our own without being over our shoulders the whole time which I really appreciated! I sent them a picture of the style of cake I was going for and they replicated it perfectly and basically exactly a copy of the inspo picture which I really appreciated!

So I have a little issue. I purchased a tiramisu. When I asked the young lady she said they disnt have any. No problem I selected something else. Then she says oh them just came out, so I'm like ok....so I take a small $26 tiramisu, thinking it fresh, I get it to my recipient, cut into it and it's frozen. I wish the young lady would've told me it was frozen. I was disappointed, we let it defrost and it was yummy. But I wish I had know it was frozen from the beginning.

We used Batter Up for our wedding cake and they were great to work with. Very organized and responsive. We chose dulce de leche and nutella fillings which were delicious. We love how the cake came out and we also received a 1 year anniversary cake which was beautiful.

Batters Up SAVED my sons christening/1st bday. I had a party planner dessert person (booked since May) but received an “im so sorry..” phone call at 7:45 the night before the christening saying that NOTHING was done. I frantically called batters up at 7:58 and put in an order for a birthday cake 2 minutes before they closed. The morning of, I bought all the delicious desserts and was able to feed my 100 person party. I will be forever grateful. I always ordered from them but now they have a customer for life

The cake tasted DELICIOUS (funfetti, chocolate cannoli/vanilla mousse) and the presentation truly blew my mind when I saw it at my wedding!! Now I know why they are rated number one.

I decided to try out this bakery due to Dortoni’s continuing decline in quality. The cake was made beautifully and it was prepared/decorated the way I specified. It looked gorgeous and the flavor was great! My only issue was the cake was almost too fresh, and slicing it made it collapse making it somewhat difficult to get a clean slice. Overall, this was definitely worth the trip to try.

The cake came out absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing (cannoli cake, by the way — a huge hit at the office!). Huge thanks to Amber for pulling this off on such short notice.
