The last two times I ordered curbside delivery it was extremely frustrating. No paper goods are in stock except $30 rolls of bounty paper towels. No Scott and no Berkeley products. The last time I waited over 20 minutes for my order to get to the car. This time I not only waited 10 minutes but was given an entirely WRONG order. If you're going to BJ's you're going to BJ's because of the prices not because of the customer service. The whole of the BJ staff seems to be annoyed that they're working there. The tellers look at you stoned-faced without saying hello without saying how are you. It's not that they're rude it's that they don't care. Hopefully management will read this post and do something about the poor customer service.

Wholesale clubs require membership and one needs to consider the pros and cons. I don't buy much in bulk and wasn't sure it is worth to keep the membership.
