Deli department sucks .. the worker have terrible attitude.. they should not work for the public

We ordered a cake this weekend for our grandpas funeral. When we ordered, the woman was nasty as could be. She kept complaining about how many orders they had. Once we picked it up today, we were nothing but disappointed. we gave them a picture to put in the middle of the cake. They put the picture to the very left side of the cake, with nothing in the right. We then asked them to write something on the blank side of the cake. When she came back out, you couldn’t even read what it said. My 3 year old cousin has neater hand writing then that. I know many other people who have a problems with this place and i will never be back here for any kind of bakery food.

BJs should train the employees to respect social distancing. During senior hour today an employee approached me at the self checkout and started to grab my bags from my hand to place them in my cart. She had a mask and gloves but I had to ask her to back away. Most employees are fine, but I should not have to tell your employees to respect my safety. I will not be back.

The cashiers do not have a person to pack for them. You have to put the coupons on your card or cut them out. They allow customers to hold up the line looking through the booklet for coupons they may need. They need to take a lesson from Costco. I absolutely hate going there but sometimes I have no choice.

Extremely slow check out. I was waiting at customer service. 4 employees were standing to the right nobody was helping. Sad but one of them was even a manager. Some other employee said to the group this lady needs help and somebody came over. Costco all the way

Extremely disappointed to find out that BJ is no longer accepting their own coupons that expired a day before! Apparently BJs has joined the ranks of all the larger companies who don't care about their customers any longer. You were one up on COSTCO but no longer!
