They have best chicken rolls! I’ve been coming here and also ordering delivery from here for a long time. Their food is always amazing. Nice staff as well!

Did not eat there two people behind counter and neither one could figure how to work registers so I walked out

Truth be told, not too hard to find great pizza in this neck of the woods, but I was really impressed by the customer service. I ordered a pie at the height of the dinner rush, expecting them to be very busy. I arrived to pick up my pie, there was a very long line that the staff served quickly & politely, I was very impressed. My wait was maybe 10 minutes, I received an apology and a gift card, even though I didn’t complain, and stated there was no problem, the staff member insisted! Too bad I live out of town, but I gave the gift card to my parents, they’ll put it to good use! This location is right on Hempstead TPKE, so it’s easy to get to with plenty of parking, and they have a nice dining area that looks like it may be full service if you’d like to relax & enjoy without having to word about cleaning up. Next time I’m visiting I’ll be sure to get my fix of real pizza right here.

Great food, great service!!
We ordered a chicken pasta Panini for my daughter. She ordered it herself and because we don’t eat pork, we actually don’t know different names for different pork items. The Panini had pork in it. We picked up the order and left when my daughter found out in the car that it had it. I came back to ask them if they could do anything about it. Even though it was our fault because the menu clearly mentioned prosciutto, they took it back and made a fresh one for us. It is a very kind and rare courtesy that can be found in New York anymore.

I also got a chicken Greek wrap, and it was yummy. Delicious yummy delicious. And the food portion was humongous. The two of us could have easily been fooled with one order but we wanted two different things so we got different dishes. Half of it was left over because of the size. And the price was super reasonable.

I AM HERE TO TELL YOU THAT THIS RESTAURANT HAS THE GREATEST MARGHERITA GLUTEN FREE PIZZA YOU WILL EVER HAVE IN YOUR ENTIRE LIFE (and the regular slices were also “one of the best pizza slices ever” according to my husband). So there you have it folks. ??‍♀️ Please see for yourself and enjoy. Oh, and the calamari are also gluten free and delicious. Plus the service was great. Will definitely be coming back!

I love their pepperoni but you really have to try the MEAT LOVERS pizza! I had ordered 2 slices and could barely finish them, they're so good! I've switched over TO Calda from my long time pizza place even though they're not local to me. They're the next town over but the Owner Chris and the staff, especially THEIR delivery people are great. I don't order through any apps like GrubHub or UberEats so it's easier for credit card or cash delivery. The ONLY reason I started using Caldas is my friend lives so close, a few blocks away. I actually wasn't a fan as a kid growing up here going to Uncle Sam's and SPIT for those of you who remember. I grew up on Pizza Kings and Pietro's (Home of the Sesame Seed Crust) and very rarely Borrelis ? in an extreme pinch & that's only cuz I went to HS with Lisa Borreli. I've been a Caldas customer ONLY for at least 2 years since my friend converted me. Every time my friend goes there she'll call and say I'm bringing pizza to my parents want some~her parents STILL live on our block where we grew up. I ONLY get Frantonis IF 1 of my brothers decides to pick it up on their way over on their own. It's not my go-to any more even though they're less than a 10 minute drive from my house. I'd rather wait a bit longer for delivery and so would my Mom who is 98, and believe me SHE'S very "particular" so to speak...but she loves them now too! So technically this review is for both of us. ?????

Love Calda! Their chicken soup is delicious, their paninis are so nice and crispy. Their salads are HUGE and delicious!! They constantly serve delicious food.

Came here for fundraiser for school. Placed an order on the phone for pick up. The young lady who answered sounded tired. Got a salad with shrimp, a regular pie, rabe panini and rice balls with the vodka sauce. The creamy balsamic dressing was very good and the rice ball with the sauce was delish. The rest honestly can be found done better in a few places just as close to home.
