Like other recent reviews have said, under the new ownership and management customer service has gone downhill, which is too bad bc the previous owners were the sweetest. Been coming here for almost 20 years, but probably won’t anymore. Management could definitely use training on how to interact with customers. I’d recommend the Carvel on Wantagh Ave. in Bethpage where service is always exceptional.

My husband picked up a cake for our daughter’s bday & the handwriting was terrible!!!!!! They argued with me & refused to redo or give a refund.

This place closed like an hour early, multiple times. Frustrating

New Owners: Horrible customer service, bad shakes-they didn’t know how to make them, tasted cheap, terrible caramel, they don’t know how to make thick shakes, did not say hi or anything to us for that matter. Tried going the other night but they closed over an hour before the time it says online. VERY EXPENSIVE!!!
The people are very nice. They have my favorite flavor banana bonets ice cream.

I just came back from carvel. I ordered a medium shake, small cone and a medium carvalanche. The bill was $19+ . The medium carvalanche was terrible. They did not fill it up at all. When I said something about it I was told that is how it is. I do not mind spending money but this was a total RIP off. Carvel is going down hill. I will not be returning.
