Chipotle Mexican Grill is my go-to spot during the workday, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how you want it. You can tell the ingredients are high quality, and everything tastes clean and satisfying without feeling heavy.
Service is fast and efficient even during peak lunch hours, and the staff does a great job keeping things moving while staying friendly. Portions are generous, and it’s easy to customize a meal that fits whatever you’re in the mood for, protein-packed, light, or indulgent.

One of the worst chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. The lady that usually fills up the bowls is extremely rude and disrespectful, and the portion sizes are extremely small. When you ask them for more, they suck their teeth and slam the food on the table. It’s humiliating

i love chipotle but the portion sizes are horrible and the prices are so high, the workers are so nasty and have so much attitude especially if you ask for extra of anything (which you wouldnt need to if they put normal portions) and will give you dirty looks. i have manners and always say please and thank you so im unsure why i am always greeted with hostility majority of the times i order from this location.

Good food, but one specific older lady behind the counter is terrible with portions. I pay for an entire kids meal, but get half of what I should. Also, tends to be a little bit dirty sometimes. For the prices we pay, this needs to be improved

picked up food at 8:30 got home by 9 with my food and the rice was either not cooked or old ? but its hard and crunchy which made the entire bowl inedible

WORST chipotle I’ve ever been to . I have been a fan of chipotle for many years and has been my go too for years but coming here the proportion are horrible the food is super bland and taste like a watered down chipotle service was bad too ! Don’t go it’s also more expensive

The food at this location is not satisfactory. The steak that was served to me was hard and dry to the point where it hurt while chewing. I had asked the employee how long the steak has been in the container and they said an hour. For me, this is false. This is not okay, fresh meat should be served periodically as it can seriously cause someone to get sick. Don’t recommend this place and definitely not coming back to this location.

The food bar is always dirty. The lady that prepares the food is horrible, she throws a full spoon of sour cream as soon as you ask for some sour cream. Clearly doesn’t know how to serve food. This happens many times so I request for someone else to prepare my bowl. Overall I stopped going to this location.

Food was fine but there are obvious management issues.

1. Worker was on his cell phone instead of being ready to take orders.
2. Napkin Dispenser was empty
3. Every table was filthy. Dirt and empty straws left on several seats.
4. Garbage cans were all full or near capacity.

Location needs management training. These are simple fixes that will go a long way.

They’re very quick and friendly. However, it’s extremely dirty near the food serving area, even for a chipotle. I’ve been to pretty much every chipotle on the island and this is definitely the dirtiest. while I was there, the lady serving at the counter sneezed into her glove and didn’t replace it before reaching into the lettuce and etc. Portions aren’t terrible but are on the small side.

I also asked over six times for salsa on the side and they kept passing the container around and not adding it to the order. I finally just gave up .

Extremely Disappointed with Portions
Paid over $14 for a bowl and was shocked by how small the portions were barely any rice, meat, beans, or avocado. Felt like a kids’ meal. Definitely not worth the price. Chipotle needs to seriously fix this.

Lousy Attitudes from both counter people in Levitown. Unkept , Unhappy, Unfriendly, Unhelpful, And unwanted. If you hate your jobs, quit them.
