One of my outside lights had gone out. I attempted to repair it myself but was unsuccessful. Two Brothers Electrical of Levittown arrived quickly. They solved my problem and set the lights perfectly. I appreciated the advance notice because it allowed me to prepare the work area. Company is surely one that I will now recommend.

The servers are very rude and do not have patience while serving customers. Even after saying so many times to add almonds toppings, the server added walnuts instead.

I've give it 3 stars because of the years this place was good but it seems it has gone downhill. The employees avoid you when you walk in. I guess no one wants to help you. Someone finally came in from the back and helped us but she was rude. I don't know what happened to this place.

Writing this review solely based off the customer service I had today. I wish I knew his name but we were helped tonight by some boy with longer shaggy brown hair. He helped the customer before me as well and just happened to drop one ice cream flavor into the bin that I wanted my flavor from. Once he got to me and I ordered, he scooped the ice cream from the bin and got the other ice cream in it, then looked up at me watching him and still continued to give me that scoop of ice cream with the other flavor in it. I then asked for an extra of my topping which he didn’t give me, but charged me for it. I am now eating my ice cream and getting pieces of peanuts!!! Thank goodness I am not allergic. Do better.

This franchise is unkept and the employees don’t even greet you when you walk in. They’d rather scurry to the back so they don’t have to assist you. Go to the massapequa location instead if you can. First and last time coming to this location.

A month ago, I got ice cream from here! The woman Kiera I think was the name charged me for my ice cream, but she ended up over charging me. I wanted the amount of change on the credit card, not the whole amount and it wasn’t the price I was supposed to pay.
Been to this location twice. Last time I arrived 12 mins before closing & they said they were closed, but I saw another review say the same thing happened to her! This location is obviously good for that. Then the worker told me they’re open for 12 hours a day.. OKAY AND? lol hours are hours. I just wanted to satisfy my craving

I witnessed one of the staff members I believe his name is Eric, behave in a discourteous manner with one of his coworkers. As a customer and a manager I felt uncomfortable with his demeanor. Someone should coach this young man on how to be kind and respectful.

I used to order from here all the time (especially when my wife was pregnant) and never had a problem until today. Made my usual order online and picked it up with no issue. However when I got home I was severally disappointed by what I found. My order was only half filled and the fillings were barely mixed it. Same with my wife’s order although hers was actually filled properly. I don’t appreciate giant chunks of cookie dough and having to mix it myself. It shows lack of care. Especially frustrating since they are so expensive. Will not be going here again. Rather spend less money at Carvel and get good service.

Before I sit back relax & have a couple of Steveweisers tonight, Im gonna take a ride over to Cold Stone Creamery in Levittown to get something swweeeet! Strawberry Cake Batter I say! Chocolate Cake Batter, Marshmallow, Cotton Candy, Sweet Cream...All the flavors will stun ya into a double scooped frenzy and thats the bottom line cause Cold Stone said so!!!!!!!
