I've been here a few times and they were so slow and the help was far from friendly. Very snobby kids working the counter and window. I'll give my $$ to Carvel.

Love DQ The grilled chicken sandwich is terrific. The soda fountain is open but no refills. Thank you covid. Their ice cream is fabulous. Love the hot fudge sundae. Really is hot fudge not just chocolate syrup. Hot fudge shake is also great. Right now they have girl scout thin mint cookie ice cream. If you like the cookie you'll love their blizzard and also the cake. Good parking. Handicap easy availability. Wish there were a few more DQ's on the island and one closer to me. Still worth the trip. 6/20/23 update. DQ is still good. The soda fountain is now open for refills. They feature coke. The parking is good. Handicap available. Store door is a bit tough to open. Again I recommend DQ. CLOSED went to this location recently and it was permanently closed. Was so disappointed. Sign said DQ in Massapequa was still open.

Updated: 11FEB2024 They are closed.This is today. This place stinks. Go elsewhere. The workers don't care at all. They simply seem like they don't want to be here. Never seen a supervisor or manager. Be warned.This was 5 years ago, when they opened. Great place

The staff were so nice they didn’t scold at as the food was delicious they talk to other and complained there food.

Requested specific dip, and was given something totally different. Had to go in to get the correct dips, and I had to wait for 15 minutes. Now my food is cold. Also received the wrong ice cream.

Ordered the meal deal with cheeseburger and upgraded for .60 for the blizzard. We Also ordered the kids chicken strip meal. Both were good and hot. Dining area was clean and Bathrooms clean. We would come back. Service was fast and friendly.
