Ordered Uber Eats to be delivered for a birthday party. They canceled my order literally last minute no notification besides something from Uber Eats. Nothing no phone call. Terrible shameful. If you cannot fulfill orders on Uber Eats you should not be involved with them. That’s simple.

Delicious tres leches cake! Girl who helped meWhile picking it up was very nice too. However only complaint with this place is while ordering i specifically told girl on phone I only need for 20-25 people tops. She gave me a cake big enough to feed 40 people I think. Place itself is worth trying but don’t let them upsell you on phone.

I have been to plenty of great bakeries ,but Dortoni is one of a kind. Keep up the GREAT TASTY TREATS.there is ALWAYS a line, NO matter what time you go, that's how good it is.totally recommend ?Parking: Plenty of parking buy good luck in finding a space

Got the cake for our engagement party here. My friend and I have gone to Dortoni for all of our special occasion cakes since we discovered it when we were like 17. Very old school ordering process (ordered over the phone, sent inspo pics over email) and I didn't see the cake until the day of our party-- but I was less concerned about aesthetics and really wanted a cake that people would actually ENJOY. They definitely did! Even if you're not a huge fan of sweets like me, there is something for you here. The cake was light and delicious, and it was all gone in about 10 minutes. People still bring up my cake a year later! We got a vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream icing, and the top layer was some type of light fluffy whipped cream fruit filling which was INCREDIBLE. I wish we could've done that throughout the whole cake, but layer cakes need more stable icing to hold it up. If you are just getting one layer, the strawberry & cream filling is a must!!

Ordered a Confirmation Cake for my son make sure there are red flowers on the cake ! The woman said, I don't have red flowers, my answer was what! When my son picked up the cake . Mom you are not going to like it mixed blue and red flowers. Can you believe this Since then it's not my go to place

Our family has always made Dortoni our go to Bakery for all of our occasions. We have gotten our cakes for multiple weddings, engagement parties, birthdays and more for the last 20 + years. I’m not sure if Dortoni Is under new management or the owners are so busy that customer relations for employee hiring are no longer a priority and therefore customer service is declining. Recently I tried to place an order for a birthday cake over the phone and I only got frustrated. I attempted to call three separate times and each time my call went straight to hold for over 5 minutes!!!! I attempted one last time to call and FINALLY someone answered but unfortunately, my call was put down on the counter for an unacceptable amount of time. I know that they get very busy so I tried to be patient and I held on to my call. A woman finally Picked up the phone and as you can guess I politely expressed my frustration. Unfortunately, the Response from her was “ I wasn’t the one that picked up the phone, what can I help you with?” ?. I understand how busy it gets. I’ve been in Dortoni’s many times and faced a large crowd. Crowd and not an issue. That just means that the baked goods are delicious. But there is absolutely no excuse for rudeness towards the customer when all they’re trying to do is patron their bakery. I’m so disappointed and its unfortunate but I’ll be going to an another bakery in the future.

I've been a customer here for 40 years, in the past everything was fresh and ready to go, amazing horn rolls, amazing soft cookies. Went last night and had stale cupcakes and stale cookie pie thing covered with chocolate. The last few times I went in here everything was hard as a rock or stale. Such a shame. They didn't even have their famous large soft cookies anymore. I don't know what happened but it's definitely been under new ownership for the last few years. So sad that my childhood bakery go to spot has gone so downhill that I prefer grocery store pastries to this place.
