Don't use this location. She tried charging me for extra caramel in my coffee lol. That's illegal in NY. However I did grab a huge handful of straws to get something out of it. Oh well

very clean, donuts tasted fresh and workers were vey friendly
Second visit after the renovation and it was still a bad experience so here we go. The donut selection has been reduced by 3/4, it is now just a small cabinet in the front. When I arrived they were finishing one order with no one else waiting. With 6 people behind the counter I figured out would be in and out in a couple of minutes. Two simple iced drinks and a dozen donuts.
Between the person at the register being on her cell phone, the person at hot food playing with the cream cheese and a third making their own drink, I figured at least 1 of the remaining three people could have made the drinks…. Nope.
After getting the drinks and getting home.. the donuts are clearly day old.
This may be my closest DD, but after two chances since the re-open, I will not be visiting again.

Young lady at the front needs training. No customer service skills. She will charge you more than the promotion and won't do anything to correct it. Please provide additional customer service training. Customer service plays a large role in the success of a business.

I was in a rush and me and my kids were hungry so I went to the closest Dunkin near me and this one was not one of the best. The workers took for ever trying to work out the system and I couldn't pay card and had to pay cash. When I was ordering the lady gave me an attitude and kept on popping her eyes at me.I ordered a Dunkin Wrap w/ chicken, one plain bagel w/ cream cheese, 10 munchkins, one iced latte, and one refresher. The cream cheese of the bagel was expired and I found hairs in my food which disgusted me very much. I don't recommend this place..
How is it possible that you don't even know what you're ordering, even though it's on the menu, you need to improve your attitude and dirty atmosphere. I didn't even receive what I ordered.
