Ive been enjoying breakfast with my wife at this DD for 6 years. Staff are the best, welcoming and attentive to your order. Youth staff are learning the ropes but are just as exellent in service.

This location for the most part is in fact pretty good but honestly in my opinion the disposition of the person who is taking your order makes or breaks the experience

WOW has D & D really gone down hill. Went in a little before 10pm and the first words out of the guy behind the counter's mouth was "WE CLOSE IN 3 MINUTES". I order one doughnut, there were plenty left. I get on the road and the doughnut is a freaking brick. Some of the inside was soft but really inedible overall. Instead of throwing them all out the guy couldn't give me like 2 or 3 so I might get 1 decent doughnut out of all of them. Never coming back here again.

Service is wonderful. They are patient as my very young daughter places her order, providing choices for any items that may be out. This, even on a busy Sunday, after chirch! There is a particularly lovely young lady who works Sunday mornings at the register. She is friendly and welcoming to my girls, even as I encourage my girls to place their own orders without my assistance. The service is what helped this Levittown location make its way into our Sunday routine!

Whateverrr you do... go to literally any other Dunkin. There are so many in the area. I stood around waiting to pickup my mobile order for over 20 mins because they had it behind the counter instead of at the pickup spot. And heaven forbid the woman who looked at me literally 100 times maybe have asked what I was waiting for? She ignored my three attempts when I said excuse me. Then I finally got my order and had to throw away an entire half dozen donuts because there was MOLD. Absolutely disgusting. They were also all hard.
