Asked for a latte that was on the menu and they made it wrong. They just gave me a coffee. When I went back and asked if they could remake it, they gave me the same coffee but added whipped cream on it. Not what I asked for and not friendly service.

If you get there early you get yesterday's left over donuts, muffins ETC. They are supposed to discard and write off the day before. This is a fact I saw them do it and the young girl admitted that they do it.

The man who works here , maybe the owner and woman with glasses making the coffee are so rude! i ordered an iced latte and there were 4 icecubes in it, my drink was so warm when i politely asked them for a cup of ice bc my drink was still warm they said hold on and rolled their eyes, 5 min later i asked again and was told i needed to pay $1.09 for the cup of "extra ice" but they never even put the regular amount of ice in my coffee . rude, and coffee was garbage.

The food is fresh and the workers make sure they do their best to accommodate their customers to make sure their orders are fulfilled and satisfactory. I definitely recommend coming here

Get a load of this: I ask them why you can't get a wedge of lemon in Dunkin iced tea !!The little man tells me: " Lemon is too expensive and customers ask for 4 wedges of lemon!!!!" INSANITY: THEY SELL ICED TEA!!!! How about I pay $3 for your watered down iced tea and you just hand me an empty cup. This way I help your bottom line more!!!!The crap shrinking donuts are about $20 a dozen. The donuts are stale and tasteless!!!! Who remembers Mr. Donut where filled donuts were filled vs empty at Dunkin Donuts. They have zero respect for customers! Ill go to Mc Donalds for iced tea!!!

Went in to pickup 75 donut holes for the outstanding Bethpage F.C.U. Bank employees who have been giving outstanding service throughout the year.The reason only 4 Stars is because they had a limited selection (4 types) of donut holes. For 75 "holes" it was packaged in 2 boxes (1 box held 25 "holes" & the other box held 50 "holes"). Cost $23.? - don't recall exact change.Person behind counter didn't smile but service was quick.In regard to dining in - few small tables/chairs to sit. Don't know if delivery or curbside pickup is available.

Absolute worst service ever! Slow! Older Indian woman making fun of customer after customer left dissatisfied Bc she, the employee , could not understand simple instructions for the customers order. As the unhappy customer walked away the employee made hand gestures in front of the 12 people waiting on line. Rude!! I ended Lea Omg after waiting on line for 7 minutes and I was the first one on line. Unorganized rude and incompetent staff!!!
