Daisy was so rude to me. I was promised a return to make this order right and I traveled an hour away from the city to come and remake the food again to just tell me they are not going to make it for me. This is horrible !!! She was so nasty to me and kicked me out. She also said I was”lying “ but the picture tells you everything we need to know. HAIR on the food is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Everything seemed fine. Ordered our food, sat and waited for no more than 5 mins. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger w small fries and a little bacon burger. Half way into eating my burger I pull out some fries from the brown bag and pulled this LONG piece of hair out of the bag. I addressed it to one of the employees and she only refunded me the damn fries. At that point after finding the hair I just didn’t even wanna b in there. So I accepted the refund and left.

My husband and I love to go five guys to have a meal here. We always like the food and service. We've come to this place for many years. However, on February 22nd around 6:30 we saw a young lady with a broom clean the floor and then proceed to clean the tables with the same dirty broom. We were very shocked at this unsanitary behavior.

$50 for 3 burgers. disgustingly expensive. ordered 3 plain cheeseburgers and told the Spanish guy behind the counter very specifically plain burgers no vegetables at all. all 3 burgers filled with vegetables. Terrible service. $50 down the drain
Had a bunch of random issues, half lights on, outlets dead, microwave sparking. They tracked it to an old fuse box. Replaced it with a breaker panel. House feels safer now. Worth every penny.

There's a decent selection of cookies available, all made from scratch in the shop, which is pretty incredible. The space is mostly bakery, with very little space up front for ordering and picking up. They have a couple of self order kiosks, and a tv with the options and prices right above. There's also a little display of the cookies by the register so you can see what they'll look like. Unfortunately there's no seating available, and they'll kick you out if you try to squat on the window ledge. Otherwise the staff is friendly, double checking orders and having a good time.
