Came in with a buddy around 8pm. Food was cold. We stayed and ate. Time allotted to eat is 90 minutes. They placed bill on our table at 8:45pm which is only 45 minutes. We hadn't finished eating yet. Worse part is once we placed money and tip in the bill holder, lady counted it in front of us first, then took it but not once did she say thank you. I don't think Global Buffet realizes that the consumer has the power. I choose not to dine here again.

This is my first time leaving a review at any place, me and my friends went to this buffet for someone birthday, we were having a amazing time enjoying and eating the food till the end. When it got to laying I offered to place the recipe under my credit card. The server came and she asked who’s card it is she proceeds to point at the percentage of tips in the bottom of the receipt she was insisting for a tip I kept telling her repeatedly we are going to tip her in cash she proceeds to come back with the receipt and lingers over my shoulder. I was thinking she was going to leave and allow us to think of the proper amount to tip her. But she just sat next to me staring, I felt so much pressure from her for such a simple thing. I always tip properly but after experiencing this I felt terrible taken advantage of in a way. I don’t believe this will be everyone’s experience but it was my experience and I wanted to share.

Global buffet is a step above other buffets. The staff is friendly and attentive, the food is yummy, interesting, and fresh. They have everything from Chinese food to sushi to tacos. My only suggestion would be for them to have better signage for the sushi. 7/24/25 Update: they have great signage for the sushi now

To the 2 girls who took the phone left in bathroom today - That phone has all the photo memories of our Mom who just passed away. All her work contacts. The cloud lost everything. You took someone's livelihood and family memories. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE A HEART/SOUL REACH OUT to return the phone. Reward. We do not want to pursue. You can keep the phone. Very nice buffet and super affordable! The food was fresh, with lots of variety—but my favorite was definitely the sushi section. Will be coming back! 🍣✨

Went to this buffet during Lunch hours, food is delicious but the server ruined my experience here. It started off with a friendly server then changed server and this server was extremely rude and forced me to give a tip. And I usually always give tip but this time I did not want to tip at all because of horrible this customer service was. He was rude and impatient. Never coming back here again.

Went here last night with friend, we were dissapointed with lack of food variety and all the food we got had NO FLAVOR what's so ever!!!!! It was also OLD, HARD and STALE too! The only thing good they had was deserts, otherwise I would have gave 1 star or lower if I could. Bathrooms were atrocious, urine on the floor and smelled really bad in there... Paid 51$ was NOT worth it. Save your money, don't come here there are other better buffets! Whoops forgot to mention food made me nauseous, gave me diarrhea and vomiting as soon as we were done eating and left.
