“Very little cream cheese please” Lines are long and they can’t accommodate everyone and it takes them way too long to get you your order. This is consistent. Every single visit and nothing changes. Will truthfully never come back

Bagels are great but staff is young, and inexperienced with no manager in sight to keep things under control. When we arrived (a Sunday around noon) there was at least 15 egg sandwiches waiting to go on the grill. After a half hour wait packed in a tiny store like sardines I was given the wrong sandwiches to which the girl implied this is what you're getting. Not wanting to argue with a 16 year old girl or wait a half hour to start this uncomfortable process over I just left and won't be back.

Since I’m 9 years old I’m coming here I’m 66 now and never had an issue till now.I will never go back because of the way I was treated over mini bagels. I waited for 40 min with a cane and a fractured back to get minis they didn’t have them so I ordered for 6:30 am The older lady I’ve known for years helped me order asked the girl with pink hair how many bagels for $7.00 Her answer “I’m too busy now you’ll have to wait! Now people who came in after me are now done and gone. Really you can see I have a cane!! Right now. I go to get the bagels I ordered there not ready. The baker tells me too bad! Really!! We will make them when it’s good for us. Now the other girl behind the counter is saying I have an attitude.This is probably the most despicable way to treat a person. I’d like to here from the owner. I’m still friends 55 years later with one of your original bakers. Shame on you for treating and old loyal customer like this. You are really shameful! Needless to say all my family and friends will know how I was treated. I always enjoyed coming in to a local business. Your standards for the human touch is gone here. BTW you can get mini bagels on Old Country Road Westbury at The Bagel Shop Always available or you can order them “No Issues” staff is friendly and they get the orders right!!!

I’ve been coming to this bagel shop for a while, and I have to say the staff does an amazing job. One person in particular with the pink hair stands out, they’re incredibly polite, hard-working, and go above and beyond to serve customers. It’s clear they care about what they do, and they deserve respect for it.
Unfortunately, I’ve noticed some entitled customers treating the staff poorly. It’s disappointing to see people bring such negativity into a place where others are simply trying to do their jobs. To those customers: maybe try a little kindness next time—it goes a long way.
Keep up the great work, team! You’re appreciated by those of us who value excellent service !
