Well I guess today was my last day at heavenly.I asked for a plain bagel with butter on the side. I waited to pay and as I was walking out, I was thinking, this bag is really light. I check the bag, only a bagel, no butter. So I go back and tell the girl, I wanted butter on the side, there's no butter. She takes the bag from me and is inspecting the bagel in the wrapping and looks back at me and says you wanted butter on the inside? And I said no I wanted it on the side but there's no butter. Then with the nasty attitude grabs another bagel and cuts it and finally gets a little container of butter and a knife. I think she knew she messed up but I literally just wanted her to get the container of butter, not turn manic and prepare another bagel. A little ridiculous and very rude.Farewell Heavenly.

Their bagels are all right medium size. The staff is quick and courteous. However, the bacon looks like it was deep-fried and has no flavor and no bite just a crunchy mess and ruined the BE&C , also made everything very greasy. It wasn't particularly busy when I was there, so there was no reason to rush the sandwich.

Lady behind the counter was nasty to me and my brother. They burnt his bagel until it was black he didn’t even want it toasted.
