This is the worse IHOP to go to in Nassau county. They have terribly understaffed. The host is the same one who was running out the food. I went there this morning and it took me 40 minutes to get my drink and who knows how much longer it wouldn’t have taken me to get my food, I don’t know I left after sitting there for 40 mins. I put the order for my food and drinks at the same time as soon as I got a waiter, which took about 30 mins for someone to even ask me if I want a drink. If you guys can’t afford Staff, please just close down the location.

Glad to see that crepes are back on the menu. Want Swedish pancakes to return. Seemed somewhat understaffed.
I just pick up my orders, without utensils, butter, syrup and napkins.😟

The food was brought out sloppy and ham and cheese omelets came out made with chess on top of the eggs. The pancakes were cold even though we were offered a hotter stack. The dining room was not clean in areas last night stains were visible. I am one that love coming to IHOP but this experience has made me change my mind. The service is a one.

I don't go to iHOP very often but the times I've gone they haven't disappointed and have been consistent but this time the pancakes were not as I remember. Not sure if it's location or cook but these were smaller and less fluffy. Chicken biscuit had good flavor but was dry. It could've used more of the gravy.
