No staff. One cook. Pancakes were hard in middle and cold. Ask for new onion rings. They were overcooked. they only had one waitress. We waited 20 minutes for food. I blame myself for not walking out.

I visited your restaurant this morning and was helped by a woman named Liz. She was completely professional and extremely efficient. Explained my order and options perfectly. I received all of the necessary accoutrements with my meal, and my service was very quick and pleasant.

Had a very good experience. Rose, our waitress, was very attentive and accommodating. She checked on us a few times to make sure everything was ok. We both got the pancake combo with the cinnamon pancakes. Amazing. Felipe the manager was very nice as well. He came over to the table to make sure everything was ok and we felt welcome at this location.
Tip: Ask for fresh eggs so they crack them at the time of your order.
The food is okay. Service is slow. Shortage of staff always.

I went to the Levittown long Island location, and it is better to park in the back of the store (they have a rear entrance). No matter what location I go to, the food is always good. I generally get the Ihoppy meal starting at 6 dollars and up.

I usually have no issues no matter where I go as long as the food is good and the atmosphere is inviting, but my experience I just had was awful. After reading through the other reviews I can see this is a common theme for this location. This was my first time ever at an IHop location and we came on a Sunday morning. I was not expecting the quickest service because weekends are always busy, but after we got seated it took over 15 minutes to even be greated by a waiter, let alone get an order taken. Our server also claimed to have too many tables and that she was "trying to play catch-up" but did not seem even remotely remorseful for not having even welcomed us. She tried to pawn us off to another server which we heard behind us and they bickered before he walked away. No one came until she finally did and it was the coldest interaction I've recently had at any restaurant I've visited. The seat was dirty, and people who came after us were seated, greeted, ordered and received their orders while we were waiting. I am shocked we even still gave a tip because it was GREATLY undeserved. I will never visit this location again and it gave me a great distaste for IHop as a whole.
