Filthy all over coffee cold sticky tables we ordered 2 chicken and waffles syrup jars was sticky very overpriced!! Never again!!! Bathrooms were awful.

I visited the restaurant for the first time today, I was neglected and very disappointed. I ordered coffee and requested water, the waitress named Francina according to my receipt brought the coffee without any sugar on the table I had to request sugar, and she didn’t bring the water. I felt rushed to put my order in with my drinks as soon as I sat down or had any chance to look at the menu. She brought out the food which was such a small portion surprisingly cause I order that meal all the time, the ham tasted sour and spoiled, bacon was burnt, the food was barely warm without any ketchup on the table so I had to get up and get it from another table. She never checked up on me, the only time she came over to me again was when she brought the bill and I asked for water again at that time and she still didn’t bring me the water so I gave up and left feeling thirsty.

No staff. One cook. Pancakes were hard in middle and cold. Ask for new onion rings. They were overcooked. they only had one waitress. We waited 20 minutes for food. I blame myself for not walking out.

I visited your restaurant this morning and was helped by a woman named Liz. She was completely professional and extremely efficient. Explained my order and options perfectly. I received all of the necessary accoutrements with my meal, and my service was very quick and pleasant.

First time at the Levittown IHOP. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very enjoyable.
Had a very good experience. Rose, our waitress, was very attentive and accommodating. She checked on us a few times to make sure everything was ok. We both got the pancake combo with the cinnamon pancakes. Amazing. Felipe the manager was very nice as well. He came over to the table to make sure everything was ok and we felt welcome at this location.
Tip: Ask for fresh eggs so they crack them at the time of your order.
The food is okay. Service is slow. Shortage of staff always.

I went to the Levittown long Island location, and it is better to park in the back of the store (they have a rear entrance). No matter what location I go to, the food is always good. I generally get the Ihoppy meal starting at 6 dollars and up.

I had terrible customer service the pan cakes was dry ..there’s was no spice in the spicy pablano omelette a the Avocado was black it looked old ..every thing was cold an no whip cream came with my pan cakes
