We understand on a Sunday morning it’ll be busy but the waiter that was in charge of our table was having issues with another table so they assigned our table ti another waitress who had a nasty attitude because she claimed she had too many tables (we overheard as she argued with the other guy behind us). We waited 20 minutes to have our order taken . The drinks came in and the hot chocolate wasn’t even mixed and it tasted like sink water . My daughter’s milkshake was disgusting , she couldn’t even drink it . Not even gonna bother with the lemonade I asked for . Once our food came , my order was wrong . The rest of the food was cold . At that point we were so over it and I never do this but I had to walk out . Service just has gotten worse at this place and I’ve always come to just this IHOP but not anymore .

2nd time here always horrible service.Today we were sat immediately, it is not busy here.Waited 15 min no one acknowledge us. Got up and asked for our own drinks. Then after about 20/25 min had to get up and ask for someone to please take our orderWith this now being the closest ihop, i think IHOP is over for us

The worst they had me sitting there for almost 15 to 20 minutes and I was doing a takeout order and I download the app to get free pancakes didn't get anywhere with that very upset but the manager couldn't feel that he needs to come out to take care of the problem so that being said 30 minutes on this site poor customer service

We came to this location around Sunday last week. While entering, there was no one to greet us. After waiting about 5-10 mins, an employee finally came and offered a table for us, After getting to our tables, we got menus like we normally do, but after finally planning our order, we waited about 30 minutes for someone to take our order however, when we asked a waitress to take our order, she was busy at the moment and the place was short staffed. After 30 mins of waiting, we decided to leave after no one showed up to take our order. Overall, The service was terrible and therefore we should never come back.

It is a nice-looking place. The food is okay. It's clean inside. It gets busy, so service can take long sometimes, especially around days like Mother's or Fathers Day. Parking is not great, but you always find a spot a little distance away because the lot is quite big.
