I placed a mobile order and walked in to pick up my food. The food preparer that is also the cashier is completing drove through orders and eventually stopped to acknowledge me. When I tell her that o have a mobile order, she looks past me and takes the next person. No acknowledgement at all

After taking the other orders. She gives me my order only for the order to be missing items. I ask her for the items and she just plops them in my hand. She then goes back to the other customers.

I totally understand that she is short staffed, but she didn't have to be short on niceties.

Bringing back wedge can not save this place. Horrible customer service. Crew members and shift manager ignores customers. No one in the store one person at the drive thru and this place still ignores you when you catch them giving you eye contact. No is at the register even with a crew of 5 people. Which crew members like this no wonder the kfc is doing so bad. It not the chicken it’s the crew.

Great food keep potato with us back on the menu watches potato watches on the menu forever and ever. They really do really good and should get them on the menu even if it was a silly thing they discontinued and discontinued cause that was a very silly thing they had.

I am writing to express my disappointment with an experience I had today at your drive-thru. I placed an order and asked the staff member at the window for some sauce—specifically honey barbecue. She closed the window on me without a word, and when she reopened it, she seemed confused and was in the middle of eating something. I was disturbed to see her licking sauce off her fingers and then using that same hand to grab sauces to hand to me. It felt incredibly unsanitary and disrespectful.

To make matters worse, when I got home, I found the chicken to be extremely salty—so much so that it was inedible. I was truly upset and disappointed by the entire experience.

I hope this matter is taken seriously. Basic food safety and customer service standards should be a top priority. I would appreciate a response and some form of resolution regarding this.

This is my first time going here and my last. First impression is last impression. I went through the drive thru to receive my order, the food was fine but the customer was VERY poor. You DON'T hand someone their food and look back away from them. No thank or have a nice day. Customer Service should be prompt and uniform. With as much one stars you have, you'll find yourself out of business. Adopt customer service skills, your food comes second.

Ordered lunch here a few weeks ago, service was good and helpful in ordering all white meat lunch. Dinner was ordered tonight, I was told I couldn't get all white meat, sides tasted old. Very disappointed KFC. PS i would have spent whatever I needed to get what I wanted.

I went here yesterday they did not have grilled chicken legs ready I can not eat big chicken I asked for a manager the guy lied an told me a manager was not available I eat from here 3 times a week! But not anymore my business is stopped! I only liked grilled chicken why I drive 1 hour to this place to be treated so rudely! They need customer service skills! I told them I would review the restaurant they didn’t believe me! The manager the woman rude thanks for slamming the window u should be fired!!!

Pickup times mean nothing. Might as well order when you get there. You’ll be waiting no matter what. I ended up canceling the order since I was waiting for almost an hour from the point of placing the order. This is what happens when a bunch of teenagers run the place with no management.

Closed doors on a Friday by 7 pm?! No sign no anything. Had to wait in driveway to pick up an order. Person at the window didn’t say a word. No hi how can I help you , have a goodnight. NOTHING.
