I understand these places are all trying to make a stand against the whole "The customer is always right" thing, but this place will legit get your order wrong and blame you for it. The workers seem cliquey and are so busy chatting amongst themselves that they don't hear you correctly. They throw the order at you and walk away. Food isn't worth the price anyways. The biscuits are flat and can be used as doorstops.

Very bad customer service. They are rude and ignorant people. What a customer service basically no customer service. While I am ordering food. The lady was chatting or FaceTime with her friends. Wow wow wow. Never ever come back.
I talked to the manager asking why the chicken is very dark. With a strong voice he said no one complain and just turned his back to me. I will never go back to that branch. Jericho Tpe Jericho, NY The manager was arrogant and no customer service. I walked out without buying

Tonight , Monday at 10:50. My son and I just made it 10 minites before closing. We had left the beach after watching the meteor shower. We sat at the drive through for a minute or two. A young man came out with garbage looked at us said nothing . Then went inside. I said there starting to clean up we better go inside. . Pulled around and saw a women at the window. So we stopped and waited. My son said Mom we’ve only got 8 minutes left. So I said excuse me . No reaction . Then violent ly slammed the window shut and locked it . She opened the draw and started counting out . I said are you kidding me !!! Hurried to the front door . They shut out the lights . I went back to my car in the drive through and told her she was rude and unprofessional. She still ignoring me . All she had to say was sorry we’re closing. Very strang behavior. We went across the street to another place . We were treated friendly and curious got our food and then they closed.

They closed their store and only opened the drive through at 9:40pm. Literally wasted my time waiting behind 5 cars when I could’ve just went inside and picked up my order. Yikes
