Koi Ramen and Bubble Tea

I like this place, good place to order hot soup ramen with chicken when you are feeling something brothy warm. My bf thinks it is too expensive for its quality of the food, however I don't think so. He had 2 bad dishes here before maybe that's why and the place is usually empty whenever I go pick up or dine in. The cashier is always nice :)

I placed an order for two drinks one of them came out perfect. The other one was totally different from the picture. The one I order. Had lime and limos a slices in I told the person behind the counter. This is not what I order. I show her the picture and she told me that’s only the picture. This is what it is. I say I don’t want it. Can I replace it with coffee .coffee is in the menu she told me they don’t sell coffee so I just walked out without my drink I told her to dump it I was not gonna drink something then I don’t want but I pay for it was very disappointed. I had bought take out 10 times maybe. Food quality went really bad! It became exceptional to below avarage.
Service was rude and unprofessional!
The counter girl made me wait 5 mintues to use her phone and least amount of helpful. She kept making loud noises with her work! I don’t know if it was meant for me or she was having a bad day. But it was a terrible experience.

Today I have a japanese bun and usually I really like getting it because it’s very soft, however now I got a super dry and hard bun that taste like it was soo long time ago. I am not happy about it. Take care of your customers. They’ll not going to stay loyal If your losing the quality that once used to.

The ramen I had here tasted very strange. Like chlorine or soap, very hard tap water. I could not eat it and had to exchange for very yummy bao buns. Their fries were great and the bubble tea was fine but the broth for the ramen was inedible in two different bowls I tasted. Unfortunate because it is a very nice facility with very sweet workers.

This place has amazing customer service, the food is extremely fresh and taste really really good. The prices are amazing and there is a crap ton of selections.

This bubble tea and ramen place Koi—is my absolute favorite. I visit once or twice every week without fail. Their ramen is also unforgettable, especially the Tonkotsu Ramen and the Lobster Kimchi Ramen—both are my top picks. I was pleasantly surprised to find a whole lobster tail in the Lobster Kimchi Ramen—truly great value for the price. As for the bubble tea, it’s simply perfect: the blend of fruity aroma and green tea is spot on, and the chewy tapioca pearls along with a variety of toppings make every sip irresistible.
