Mario's Pizzeria of Levittown

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch pie and was told it would be 20 minutes for pick up. Got to Mario’s 25 minutes later and was told it would be just a few more minutes. The restaurant wasn’t busy so I’m not sure what took so long but I ended up standing there waiting another 20 minutes. If it’s going to take 45 minutes just say that instead of having people wait.
The pie has always been good so I figured it would be worth the wait, however it was extremely greasy and was falling apart.
Won’t be returning.

Slowest service I have ever seen, five people standing behind the counter nobody online I stand here for five minutes, waiting for them to take the slices and put them into the oven. I then watch as five guys stand around. I asked the girl you haven’t even put my slices in the oven yet and her response is I’m sorry we’re very backed up. Granted there is nobody online. There is five people working behind the counter. I don’t know who’s running this place but they should stop looking at their phones which they’ve been doing the entire time of standing here and focus on helping some customers.

soo i arrived at the store but this store is soo bad they making always late need to wait like 15-20 mins

Solid Pizzeria, many good meals to choose from. The pizza and know hot home tonight. Lasagna here is usually on point. Recommended.

I paid $42 for 1 pie with extra sausage including tip, $13 just to add sausage..when I said how outrageously expensive that was... I received an attitude & sarcasm from the lady on the phone. I will NEVER purchase from there again. BTW last week outside Boston the same pie was $24.

Food is delicious and made fresh per each order. The only thing is they don't break and change options on the orders. Meaning they don't substitute like a small mom and pop Pizzeria would for their customers.

Great pizza, very great amount of food for the pice and very fresh. The employees were amazing and very helpful, they bring you your pizza and helped you clean up as well. Unlike regular pizza places. Very clean and nice atmosphere as well. Plus, much more than pizza. Deffinatly reccomend.
