I asked the cashier if the slice my son wanted was spicy. She said, “No, it’s not.” But guess what? It was spicy! Clearly, she wasn’t paying much attention to her job.
So, I had to get another slice that wasn’t spicy. When I explained the situation to another staff member, she was really understanding and even gave us the second slice for free. However, I really hope the management can provide better training for their staff — customers, especially kids, shouldn’t have to go through this. On top of that, while dining in, the staff were chatting so loudly that it ruined the atmosphere, and I even noticed a dead cockroach on the floor.

This is the best pizza in LI comes fairly close to Brooklyn pizza and is absolutely miles ahead of there competition also staff is extremely talented and friendly have been going for years will be going back again wish I could give more of a review

Pizza was really good - especially the crust, which is rare for me to say. It had that perfect balance of crisp and chew that made the whole slice pop. Counter service was meh; the girls behind the counter didn't seem too into it, which took away from the vibe a bit. But honestly, the quality of the pizza and the fair price more than made up for it. Would go back for the pie alone
