Great place to go play ping pong with friends and drink. The environment was fun and customer service ok. I would go back again and recommend this place to friends
Second time at Smash. Did not disappoint. Went both times on a Saturday night with my husband and adult kids. Upscale bar and bar tapas. Food delicious, drinks delicious and enjoyed playoff football games on many TV's around the place, besides playing ping pong and giant Jenga. Great bar to hang with friends with friendly people to socialize with. Hope this place succeeds. Definitely will be back with friends.
Cool place to have drinks and play ping pong.
Poor customer service. This place has great potential but they need to have a better system when it comes to handling large parties.
Nice Pong tables make sure you bring a helmet when you play against me?
Really beautiful bar! Fun atmosphere. This place has plenty of space to move around and has modern decor. There is also a couple of rooms for private parties as well. The bartender, Sonya is very sweet and attentive, along with the rest of the staff. The bouncer who is usually there on weekends is also very cool as well. The manager, Danny is very welcoming and friendly. Food is delicious, especially the arancini! Overall I highly recommend this place, not only is it a bar, but it is a ping pong house as well making it stand out from other places.
Had fun but staff was horrible, we had an open bar for three hours. With twenty minutes left no bartender was found. It took my boyfriend trying to make his own drink for the staff to come back out and make us some. The whole night we waited a long time for drinks, mind you they were tipped in advanced. Maybe it’s good service if you come on your own, but not in a group.
I booked a private event this past summer for family who came to visit from upstate which was fantastic. Customer service was great. Food and drinks were delivered in a timely fashion. One of the owners even came to introduce himself and ask if we needed anything else.
Fun if you like ping pong, a different type of atmosphere, or are a mozzarella stick enthusiast, but that's about it. I came in with a private party of 30 and the service was horrible. Either there were not enough bartenders or the ones they had were seemingly purposefully slow to serve. You have advance notice that a party of this size was coming so there aren't any excuses for poor service, especially for the price paid. If you are thinking of booking a private party here, look elsewhere.
Not a good experience. Would not recommend to anyone. My friend had her party here, including a 3 hour open bar and the service was dissatisfying and extremely poor. We spent $62/person (for about 35 people or so) and we were the only people in the place (it was empty with the exception of us and a group of 3 stragglers). With that being said, I had 2 under par drinks, that were very small, in the 3 hours we were there because I waited to be served for 45 minutes per drink. They also had told me and others that were unhappy that they were told to slow down service on those with a red bracelet (which was our whole group aka the only people in the place!!). The staff was very rude and not very helpful at all. Whenever my friend the birthday girl would question anything going on or call them out they would lie and b.s. her. In our rented room we were also allowed to put in orders for drinks as well, in which they did not comply after the first round. We could have easily bought our own ping pong table and big jenga at home and had our own house party for a much better experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially for parties or events. For the money we all spent and for what we were promised, we basically got robbed. Not worth it.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went there for a friends birthday, we got a private room with open bar and apps. Scene was cool but the bar was very small and understaffed, our party of 25 was almost the only people in the building and they took very long to serve us which some of my friends found out was on PURPOSE, because they didn’t want to serve us as much for the open bar. The bartenders were also new and the wait for a single drink too way too long. The open bar was until midnight and 20minutes before the bar was abandoned by all servers with no one to be found anywhere. This place has the potential to be a successful business but costumer service was not good at all. I would not go back
So, the ping pong was fun. However, we came with a group for the open bar for the time set on the reservation, and even though we all signed up through the link, dude told us "we signed up too late and he had to wait for his promoter for an updated list." Only two out of our group got the actual open bar wristbands; to which they said the open bar drink was way watered down anyway... Why would we go as a group if we didn't get the open bar? Lol
I wasn't really there for food so i can't really tell, but it is definitely a nice place to play pingpong
Had a really great time with my girlfriend! Paid $35 for one hour of play upto 4 people so it's definitely better to bring a group. But it was worth it, they have some collecting the balls and replenishing your buckets and the Moscow mule I ordered was on point. Didn't get to order for but everything smelt amazing!!
Friend held a party here. Chicken wings were good, chicken parmesan was not. Friendly staff. If you are not a fan of ping pong, this place isn't for you. If ping pong is your thing, you and your friends should have a great time! Not my cup of tea, but a nice set up.
